I'm sorry to hear you been in hospital dave mate but glad your back out there fishing and you.didnt blank witch is great. That boat that came ashore was awesome. I'll have to get 1 of them 🤣🤣 take cear mate and tight lines 🎣🎣🎣
Lordy Dave, you look as rough as a badgers arse! Glad you’re starting to feel better though. Another fun video, got a couple of fish out at least!!!!! Not everyday a boat drives up onto the beach either. See your boat every time I leave Yarmouth, it is still working? Looking forward to you guys getting out in the sea for a fish. I’ll make sure the lifeboat is on standby!!!!!
@@alanmorris8783 bit harsh.. hahaha.. yeah was good to get out and least I didn’t blank, yeah boat is running fine, we’ve used it a few times recently up and down the broads and that.. it’s good fun.. yeah just got to get it out to sea..
I am staying on Seashore for the next 10 or so days. I could see you this morning, I was fishing further towards Caister. Struggled with weed too and blanked but I was only using bigger baits. Hoping for better over the next week or so!
Well done Dave nice to see you get some fish we were down at Corton the other Sunday and there was a match the guy I spoke to never had anything but the next chap had had about 12 dabs and a couple of whiting and he was only 20 ft from the guy I was talking to. 🙄 So that's how close you can be to fish and no get a bite 😂 tight lines mate 😁👍
Every year it is different but the Mackerel have appeared very late, because the sea has been coloured for much longer than usual presumably because we have had so much rain, this also affects the Bass as they feed primarily by sight during the day. The North beach isn’t the best place for Bass as they prefer shallower water and as you know it drops off very quickly, if they are there, then they might be just a few yards out. I’m thinking probably the best time to go know is as the light fails and into the darkness….
@@nevillej9408 yeah different elements have definitely affected the fishing.. not sure if it’s just our region or wether the whole uk is noticing a difference, definitely keeps ya on your toes when fishing though, yeah the majority of the bass I’ve caught have been close in rather than at distance..👌
More weed, more crabs, less fish…means less fishing and more beer mate. Glad you’ve recovered from ya virus bud…now, get that boat out. You’ll miss the weed and a chance of decent fish..!!
Great to see you back Dave I hope you’re feeling better please take care of yourself it seems the fishing has been very patchy the last few weeks
@@paulallen2818 yeah I’m all good.. feeling loads better.. yeah seen loads of reports very much hit an miss at the moment..

could all of those wind turbines have something to do with the lack of fish being caught i wonder.
@@fisherman5517 it’s not just Yarmouth fishing badly though seems to be the the whole of Norfolk/suffolk..
I tend to go shore fishing when all the migrants have left the beach ,no tangles and more fish.
