First You have to apply the nanomesh as the real mesh. then either you retopologize it or do a quick zremesh. Then you project highpoly details onto the low topology one. The baking would create you the normal/displacement map. You can use zbrush to create those mesh or you can use another software like substance 3d painter or Blender.
