Hello friends, everyone, in this video we will disassemble and clean the throttle valve. On all modern cars, the throttle valve is electronically controlled, which allows for better engine performance and lower fuel consumption. However, when the car is operated on low-quality gasoline, a large amount of deposits accumulates on the walls of the damper, which must be removed.
The first sign that the throttle valve needs to be cleaned is the appearance of "floating rpm". The arrow on the tachometer suddenly begins to independently move up and down. This uncertainty in the engine is due to dirt in the throttle valve. The second sign that cleaning is needed is increased fuel consumption. Sometimes it happens that deposits interfere with the operation of the valve, and the electronics cannot correct the optimal air flow.
The first step is to remove the throttle valve from the engine. Then the entire inner surface of the damper must be treated with a cleaner, in some cases you will have to work with a small brush to clean off all deposits. Then we put the throttle back in place and check how everything works.
