Thanks for the Video! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you considered - Penonnor Baseball Babaco (do a search on google)? It is a smashing exclusive product for ending your constipation without the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my m8 finally got cool success with it.

CHIA seeds!!! They are number 1 in being a tiny package of nutrition and fiber! I make chocolate chia pudding every day with my choc. protein powder and almond milk. 4 tablespoons of chia and a 1/2 cup almond milk to start (already blended with my protein powder.) Stir very, very well, while chopping also to get chia to start absorbing liquid. Let sit in fridge for a little while. Then take it out, add some more almond milk and chop/stir to mix well again. (It takes a few tries to figure out the chia and how you like it.) When ready to have it stir in more almond milk if you need to until it's the smoothness You prefer. Add whatever you like. Don't expect regular pudding because chia is more gelatinous. I love it now and I get more than enough fiber now, plus extra protein and minerals. Plus no-effort bowel movements.

Good video. Pay attention to the part about building fiber intake slowly and drinking extra fluids! Otherwise, you might swear off fiber rich foods forever.

For the fiber I was looking for, I now use chia seeds, potato starch powder, avocado, garlic. All low carbs.

Chia! Make chia pudding with choc protein powder and almond or other milk. If you have fiber with a carb it slows/negates carbs. When looking at the number of carbs on a label you deduct the amount of fiber (insoluble) to get a more accurate story.
