LUXOR, EGYPT - Visiting the TEMPLES of LUXOR and KARNAK

That’s all from Aswan, time for a “FIRST CLASS” train ride to Luxor!
After a brief hiatus, we are back and headed north along the Nile river to Luxor, Egypt. This place is FILLED with temples and tombs! Raul and I bought first class train tickets to Luxor, and after a pleasant experience we ended up at our hotel-the Hilton in Luxor.
On the platform of the train station, we were greeted by a taxi driver who proceeded to tell us that he could give us a tour of the temples for a cheap price. Be cautioned when you’re confronted-there are hidden costs that are not presented to you. We decided to take the tour directly from our hotel.
We started at Karnak Temple, which is the second largest temple in the world, behind Angkor Wat in Cambodia, and then moved on to Luxor Temple, where we watched the sunset.
