I saw that 69 team and it deserves to be way higher than 83rd. Out coached for one game. They met in the first game of the next season and the Chiefs team was intact and out to prove that SB win was no fluke, while the Vikings lost their MVP Kapp. The Vikings dominated every aspect of the game and won 27-10.
Number one offense, no. one defense allowing the second fewest points ever. I'd put that team in top 5, top 10 at least.

I Respectfully disagree ,you'd objectively place a SB losing team ,who got blownout "albeit a very Vikings team " over dominant SB winning teams for top ten ranking ? If Bud Grants 1970 regular season coaching pedigre.was up to par inthe 1969 SB encounter .against those Chiefs as it should have been ,perhaps he'd have a SB victory ,he also defeated the Steelers inthe 1976 regular season after losing SB 9 against them ,it dosent validate that the Vikings regular season win against Pittsburgh sapped luster away from Pittsburghs SB triumph , nor confirmed direct or passive agressively that the Vikings were a better team .My emmense respectful regard for all.of those Bud Grant teams is tromendous ,some of my favorite nostalgia viewing ,they weren't great ,they were very good ,being great is certified by winning the crown , great regular season accomplishments + post season success , even in record setting formatt isn't a seat at the great table ,unless you also captured your genres highest plateau ,the championship .Those 1969 extradinaire Vikings couldn't beat the Chiefs when it mattered the most , common rehearsed theme for Me Bud Grants Vikings ,huge in SB game coaching accumen disparity in every SB he lost ,no matter the QB . Those 1969 Vikings aren't better then 84,,88 49ers ,91 WFT ,, 77, 92, Cowboys ,75 ,78 Steelers , ,85 Bears ,66 Packers ,72,73 Dolphins to name a few for possible top ten consideration , they didn't beat the chiefs who aren't thought if as top ten material ,so how can the Vikings be considered above them ? Vikings of 69 not even the best SB losing i team in history ,those undefeated 18-1 Patriots ,the 83 WFT ,78 Cowboys were better . Outstanding team performance numbers don't win titles ,on field performance does , can't be top ten considered elite historically without a championship to finalize the earned on field victory . Respect fully due towards those very good Vikings teams .

Can someone please help me identify a former Minnesota Vikings football player...🙏🏼 I've put in a lot of research online and I can't find anything...😐 I remember seeing this on the NFL Network years ago, probably a showcase of the greatest players of all time, or something like that...👌🏼 But here's what I can tell you...the footage of him playing was in black & white, he was an orphan, he was African American, after he retired he became a judge, he even helped troubled youths like himself that were in the same situation...💯✔ It was a very inspirational story, he overcome so much diversity, he was such a hero...👍🏼 Please, any help on this would be greatly appreciated...❤

If they won that Superbowl, they'd probably be in the top 10 or 5
