I had been using the MX Keys Mini for about 2 years, I was looking to get a mechanical keyboard. I was thinking of getting a Keychron one then Logitech from out MX Mechanical range. I got the MX Mechanical Mini in August, have to say I love it. Another win from Logitech.
I have both the mx keys mini and mx keys mini mechanical and I work in software. The thing that sucks for me is that the shift key is smaller on mechanical. It's taking some getting used to but so far loving the feeling of a mechanical keyboard.
I just went from a K3 to the Logitech Mx Mechanical Mini. There were a lot of things I really liked about the K3, but the connectivity and Bluetooth issues and battery life were infuriating. I don't want a wired keyboard, so the K3 is either going to go to sleep or I have to set it to never sleep and plug it in every night because the battery will die. The cool RGB effects were also something I'd never use to save battery. So when I'd get back to my keyboard after 20 minutes: type type type... wait... keypress, keypress, keypress... there we go! It would take at least 3-4 seconds for the bluetooth to wake back up on the K3. I dealt with it, but it was frustrating. The Logi Mech Mini is instant every single time. That alone is enough for me to switch, but battery life is reportedly (haven't had it a full week yet, don't know) much better too. I'd charge my K3 twice a week (without backlight!) to make sure it had the best chance of re-connecting quickly. The MX Mech Mini is expensive, but the improvement in actual functionality is worth it.
I'm here because I've currently just ordered the MX Mechanical Mini to replace a K3 too (the battery almost dead on it - mine was an early kickstarter model), for exactly the same reasons you describe, so it's good to hear some improvement particularly on the instant wake thing. I am expecting better battery life because my logitech stuff has always been pretty good on that front.
Good job with the review. This is about the 5th review I've seen on this keyboard. This review is great comparing profiles and typing characteristics. Thank you.
I would 100% recommend it. Using a mechanical keyboard has changed my life in more ways than one. For starters, it inspired me to speed type. Now I have an entirely new skill that I probably never would have gotten into if it wasn't for the Logitech MX Mechanical Mini Model. So I would definitely say it's an amazing product for sure

WOW this was exactly the review that I needed. I currently have the keychron k6 and love it other than the noisy ass spacebar. I was really thinking about upgrading to the logi MX mini.
I had to give up on Bluetooth keyboards of any stripe. I don’t know if its a Logitech issue, or yet another example to windows sucking ass, but my experience of Bluetooth keyboards and mice has been intermittent dropped connectivity, requiring unplugging the dongle and plugging it into a different port, or sometimes even requiring a restart of the computer. I decided to go to a corded mechanical keyboard and good quality corded mouse.
Nice review. I ended up staying with my MX Keys S after trying both of those mechanical ones. Personal choice. All are great! The major trade-off I saw between the two mechanical ones were really dialed in product for the Logitech (battery, lighted key letters, etc.), but near 100% customization ability with the Keychron (the Logitech's customization ability is about 5%). And +1 for Logitech's packaging; Keychron loves non-recyclable, throwaway foam for some reason.
My MX Mecha brown switch just arrived and I like it so much. It's my 1st mecha keyboard and it's true that it boosts my typing speed by 60% compared to my membrane keyboard :D Sleek, comfortable, long battery life (-5% in a week), good build quality, typing speed boost, better connectivity. Is it worth the bucks ? YES Money well spent hahahaha
Keychron is definitely one to get if you care about value. There's only single thing that could make some difference which is long term durability. But both are good brands and there hasn't been really issues with either of them. Keychron also looks nicer.
I agree, I would like to have a software for my K3v2, as I'd like to have the light of the keyboard off but light up when connecting it bluetooth, etc. but if I turn them off it won't light up anywhere even when connecting. These small details are definitely better on Logitech, but I could not find a US layout Logi keyboard in the UK, so I went for keychron as I prefer ANSI layout than ISO
I've been using an older and much cheaper Logi wireless keyboard that came with a mouse and the unified receiver. The mouse works great but I've been extremely frustrated with the instability of the connection with the keyboard. Frequently the keyboard just doesn't respond. If I move it much closer to the dongle it will eventually pick up the connection and work but the process repeats itself frequently. I just purchased the MX mechanical (full size) keyboard and have only been using it for a couple days but the connection is completely stable. Sometimes there is a very short (half-second) delay when I start to type, especially when switching from one window to another, but it really isn't a problem and it always responds after the short delay. This is worlds better than the previous keyboard and my guess is that the bolt dongle puts out a stronger signal. The only frustration is that now I have to use two different dongles. I guess that is Logi's way of getting me to buy another mouse. Nevertheless I am pretty happy with the new mechanical keyboard.
Thanks for the video! In the full review, please do a side by side comparison between the mini mechanical and the regular mx mini for someone who is choosing between each for the first time.
On a side note; the reason for the function button placement is because mini keyboards are copying laptop keyboards. So they have the function button where they are placed on a laptop. Same for full size keyboards.
Thanks for the detailed analysis.. Well presented. Small suggestion - When you speak about a few keys.. For example.. The vertical row of keys in MX mech.. It will be helpful if you can show us those keys in the video as you are talking about it. That way it will be even more engaging for the viewers.
I am glad I am not the only one for whom the FN key being on the left is important. That is the reason (that and short battery life) why I did not get Keychron K3, Nuphy Air 75 and that's also the reason why I won't get MX Mechanical Mini. It makes ALT key based shortcuts more comfortable. MX Keys had the perfect layout; four keys on the left with the correct layout (CTRL-FN-WIN-ALT) and two on the right (ALT-CTRL). All they had to do is keep it and turn it mechanical. Maybe add sleep PC shortcut but that's it. Great review!
I used the Keychron k3 for 2 years and in the end many of the buttons were broken (unusable) even though they had never been dropped or anything like that. But it's fun and very comfortable typing program code or scripts in ms.word with Keychron k3.
i was debating between this and the keychron … i bought the keychron because it was cheaper… unfortunately the keychron spams keys… ill press backspace and it deletes everything… i type a word like “hit” and it types out “hitttttttttttttttttttt” i’m so upset😭
A couple of things: I have chucked Keychron for NuPhy although both of these need recharging. Another MX Mech Mini keyboard reviewer on TH-cam isn't happy with the quality and wear of its keycaps. I agree with you on pricing. Whew, that's high. You can't beat Logitech's Options software but I am sticking to the MX mini and not this first try at Mechanical.
I loved my Keychron K2 for as long as it worked. After the BT switch failed, I got the MX mech mini. The keys felt squishy even though both the MX and K2 used brown switched. Now I'm on a Magic Keyboard with Touch ID. Honestly, the convenience of Touch ID + the reliability of the BT... nah, I wish my K2 never broke.
Really great video. Nice work. Subbed! The whole logi bolt/unifying receiver debacle is such a mess. Especially for people who have an MX master mouse. From what I understand, only the new 3s works with logi bolt. On top of all that, logitech does make a full size MX Keys keyboard that works with logi bolt called “MX Keys for Business” but the only way to buy it is if you have an Amazon business account. Very strange decisions on Logitech’s part.
Jonah! Thank you! Someone finally identifies the difference between the consumer version and the business version even though the Mini MX keys breaks that mold in two ways - by being the Bolt dongle right off the bat for consumers and by not including the Bolt dongle - you either have to buy it separately or get one with a mouse that comes with the Bolt such as the MX 3S you mentioned. Which is probably the best since like the MX mini keys it is designed to be quiet as well as the best with improved dpi/scrolling. This Mechanical seems to come with the Bolt dongle if I understood him right at an increased price of course. The Bolt provides encryption to thwart spying between keys and dongle or mouse and dongle. Some businesses don't allow bluetooth anything in the building and this addresses that increased security concern.
As a recommendation. The cheapest way to get the bolt dongle it's not by buying it separately otherwise. As the comment above to get a Logitech mouse and in this case to get the m650. I got it for 20 bucks and it's cheaper than buying the dongle itself
i dont like that extra column near the enter key with pg-up and down because of mistyping, they could have just added a key combo ctrl + down for pg down
How did you feel about the super-fast backlight timeout? I've reached out to Logitech and they agree the fast timeout is unacceptable. It's not clear if/when there will be a feature added to Options+ to adjust the backlight. I returned the MX Mechanical and MX Keys both for the same reason. It's a major design flaw that hinders usability and ruins the experience if you work in a dim or dark room.
Yeah, I also returned an MX Keys for the same reason, it's been a problem for years and still no option to adjust the timeout, I expect nothing from Logitech at this point.
I understand it like this: Logitech keybords for Mac or with Mac color do not have bolt included, So maybe your mini does not have bolt because it is a Mac version? Keyboards for the PC (looks the same, works on Mac without problems, but has bolt and dark colors) do have bolt included with the same price. For MX mouse it is similar!
I really want the MX mechanical but it really is expensive. I mean I can afford it, but feel kinda guilty getting it ... I have the MX master mouse and love it and need a keyboard because I just got a monitor. Felt like getting a Logitech one just makes sense. Is it really way better than keychron?
Many companies have the Bluetooth function disabled by corporate IT, this is especially true in financial services, so a keyboard that can't work with a "dongle" is a non-starter and complete deal breaker.
Thanks for doing this video. I just got a Mac Studio and needed a new keyboard. I looked at the Logitech Mx Mech mini and thought the keys looked a little, well, whimpy. In the end I decided on the Keychron k8 Pro TKL($120 with shipping to US). So far it has worked great, and as you point out the BT is fine and lag free when doing programming, video editing, documentation, etc. Maybe if I gamed it would not be good enough, but I could just use it wired. And with Keychron you can specify the switches to fit your needs, desired sound, etc. The bottom line is I love Logitech for their mice, especially the MX Master 3. But, on keyboards I think they have some work to do.
Awesome first impressions video! Great to see all these boards on the table together for a comparison. These, together with the NuPhy , are probably the boards that all people looking for good productivity devices are looking into. To be honest, I was quite eager to see the in - depth review of the Keychron, but now I am happy it didn't came out because you will have the logitech for reference and comparison.
i have the Mx Mechanical Mini for more than a month now. I ordered the clicky but the seller sent me a tactile (brown) version. Initially thought of returning it but liking it after awhile. So far pretty good, nice quality and the battery life is too good. I am using this as the keyboard for my HTPC. I bought an ASUS ROG Falchion for my PS5 which is even smaller and more compact with good battery life also. The problem is that falchion doesnt support bluetooth but comes with PBT keycaps. Anyway, can't go wrong with either if one just need a good , smaller form factor mech keyboard. I would probably bought 2 falchion (cherry mx blue) instead if i stumble upon the it before i bought MX Mech Mini.
How are you holding up with the Mx Mechinical Mini w/brown switched? Bought mine the other week, and I'm not sure how i feel yet about the switches. Considering trying out some blue switches for my programming -- either the Mx Mechinical click or K3. But perhaps these brown switches will grow on me over time? The sound is pleasant enough, but my fingers feel a bit more tired than when using my magic keyboard. How do you like yours?
@@kptnix I actually don't like any other switches but blue / clicky. All my mech keyboards are equipped with cherry blue MX. However, got used to the brown switch on the mx mech mini and its pretty ok. I am actually using it to reply to you now. Battery life is superb and overall, its pretty good typing experience, not as "sharp" as typing on the blue switch but its ok.
Thanks for the video! In the review, please do a side by side comparison between the mini mechanical and the regular mix mini for someone who is choosing between each for the first time.
Between the Logitech and Keychron which has a lower wrist angle? Hmmm, I kind of like the reaction lighting scheme. Great review! I have the Logitech MX Mini Mechanical arriving today. I may just forgo the use of the receiver.
The sound difference is interesting. I’m new to mechanical keyboards… can you add o-rings to a low-profile switch like this? It looks like the Logitech switches are at least the right shape to accept them. I would be curious to hear if that deadens the thump a bit.
what I hate about the K3 is that it has a delay on wake up. nust be the bluetooth response. so when you waking up youe PC from sleep you had to tap on a couple of times. this was not an issue on my other keychron KB’s.
Was looking forward to an update of the comparison, but it looks like this is the last video uploaded. Hope you're well Cameron, and too busy preparing our updated review video 😅
So in the last year Keychron put out a "pro" version of the K3 and at this point I think that unless you NEED instant wake wireless or 2.4 specifically there is just no comparison, the Keychron K3 Pro blows the MX Mechanical Mini out of the water. The battery is still not on par, but the customization afforded to the user thanks to QMK/VIA support just makes any comparison a non starter. My K3 Pro has 4 layers and every key can be changed to anything I could ever want under the sun including macros. I was REALLY considering the MX Mechanical Mini, but when I was honest with myself I realized that in my office I don't mind using a wire, and if I am going to be bothered to pull it out of a bag to use with a laptop I am going to be doing some serious continuous typing anyway, so instant wake just wasn't that big of a deal. QMK/VIA support was MUCH more important to me, and it ended up saving me about $50. Really seems dumb to me that Logitech has been making gaming keyboards under their G series with similar customization to what is afforded by QMK/VIA for YEARS, but they refuse to open up their professional boards despite charging just as much for them. I really hope a revision for the MX Mechanical Mini comes out soon, because otherwise anyone who actually cares about productivity and not just a nifty wireless trick will be hard pressed to justify the price tag on that thing.
I just ordered the Keychron B1. It looks identical to the MX Mini (which I have 2 of and use everyday); so I had to try it. And it was $40, so I have high hopes.
There are many more drawbacks around bluetooth compared to 2.4 dongles other then latency. Like security and being allowed to use it in places without bluetooth software to name a few.
Regarding usb c, there should be a law now that governs that all these tech companies should use the same connectors. The number of different cables going to landfill now must be insane. Plus it’s really annoying because they constantly change them so you need to buy and then Carry different cables all the time. Tedious and deliberate way to exploit the consumer.
new here awesome review! how ever i suggest you check out the nuphy air 75 in my opinion is better than the keychron and the mx how ever i would love to hear your thoughts of the mx mechanical vs the nufy air 75
I own the Linear model. Works fantastically for FPS games. I highly recommend this keyboard. Its a beast. Only downfall is the price. A little too expensive! But hey, definitely loved it
I think it's ironic that the one that has PgUp/Dn, Home/End keys also has the Fn key closer to the arrow keys, while the other [I guess] uses Fn+arrows as PgUp/Dn, Home/End but places the Fn key so far away that you need to use both hands to use these functions...
Salu2
I recently purchased a Keychron K7. The K7 is advertised as "wireless". It is actually Bluetooth (same frequency band, different protocols). Connected to my system with supplied (too short) USB cable. Multiple keys do not work. Keychron sent me a link to a website designed to test keyboards. I sent a screenshot of the results to Keychron. Keychron demands a video showing the keyboard and screen proving that I did not falsify the test results. The product is sold "as is" - there is no warranty. Tried to get an RMA number and a return shipping label. If the keys do NOT work, the feel DOES NOT MATTER, and the reliability DOES NOT MATTER! If this is the way they treat their customers, do not expect them to be there in a few years. I have never had a company demand that I provide a video proving that I did not falsify their test data. Look at their "service" non-warranty. They specify "as-is". They do not guarantee that their products work to any extent. And they refuse any responsibility for what happens when you use their product. The laws in Hong Kong must be very different. The reason some keys do not work could possibly be defects in design or manufacturing. More likely, the firmware does not conform to the USB Human Interface Device (HID) standard. Since they take an adversarial position to customer complaints, I do not see them lasting very long. Other manufacturers can make (or buy) red optical switches. Do not expect Keychron to be there when you have problems in 5 or 10 years. I have demanded that, for the video, they must send a cameraman and equipment and pay me my consultant fee for demonstrating that their keyboard does not work. I have also demanded a written apology from the CEO and an immediate refund. Other manufacturers should re-think the Windows and Apple-only policies. Given that iOS is a facade sitting on top of embedded Ubuntu Linux (eLinux), Android is a facade on top of eLinux, Chrome OS is a facade on top of eLinux, OS X for the M1 is probably a facade on top of eLinux, and Windows for the ARM is a facade on top of eLinux, supporting Linux might be a good idea. Apparently, Keychron does not have a Customer Service Department. I did receive an email claiming that if I sent the defective keyboard to their warehouse, I would get a refund. I emailed back, "What is the address of your warehouse?" They eventually gave me the mailing address. On September 10 I sent the keyboard back. As of December 16, no refund and no keyboard. My old Ducky one 2 SF died and I am searching for the next keyboard. I love a small layout, but want a slimmer form factor and wireless capability. The best argument for the mx mechanical is the logi bolt. It can be paired totgether with your mx master 3s (99% of the people I know use a mx master mouse anyways), which gives it much better connectivity and battery life than bluetooth. However I did not know that unifying and bolt were not compatible, which is terrible in my opinion. I own three logitech mice, that use unifying (a mx master, a mx master 3 and a generic cheap one) and would need to buy a mx master 3s to use it togehter with the mx mechanical. The argument for the keychron k3 pro is that is comes with QMK support, which means I can do some customizations. Logitech says online, that you can do some customizations with their software. I guess it comes down to what that means for me to buy one.
I just bought the full-sized MX Keys keyboard today. I was considering going with the MX Mechanical because it uses the LogiBolt and I have the MX Master S3 mouse which also uses the Bolt receiver but decided it wasn't worth the extra $60.00. I'm extremely happy with the MX Keys considering I'm coming from using their very cheap feeling K800 wireless keyboard. I'm interested in seeing what the battery life is like on this keyboard considering since I got the MX Master 3S mouse over a month ago I've only charged it once, the first week I got it, and it's currently sitting at 40% with daily 10hrs use. Idk what kind of voodoo Logitech is using to get such awesome battery life but I'm all for it.
Congrats! You’ll have to charge your keyboard more often than the mouse but it still feels like voodoo magic to me as well. What I typically do is every time I charge my keyboard, I also plug in the mouse. Just for like 30 minutes or so. If you do that each time the keyboard dies then you’ll basically never have your mouse die.
I think the fn button belongs on the left, but since the only thing I use it for is to delete forward and the mx has a key for that, I don't really care about it.
Have you paired it with Bluetooth to your device? If you hold Function and one of the device keys (F1-F3 on the compact or their own distinct keys on the full size) you’ll see it start blinking which indicates Bluetooth pairing mode. From there you should be able to find it on your device and start using it.
So quick. Thank you. It seemingly worked but now my computer is refusing to pair. The item is recognised in the add a device section. Anything bluetooth seems to be switched on. Nearly got there . Thank you
My MX Mechanical Mini comes with Logi Bolt, the MX Anywhere 3 mouse comes with the unifier, the Pro X Superlight mouse comes with a dongle with no signifier, also the new Pro X superlight has a micro USB, with a weird design and an adapter for its dongle, while both MX products thankfully have USB C, and there's two different logitech brand programs that manages different sets of products (Pro X and Webcam vs the MX-line). It's a hot mess, but they all work great, just a management mess that could have, should have, all have been simplified and unified.
i love the pricing breakdown, as i was super confused when doing research on these keyboards. i got the mx keys fullsize, but not sure to go to the mini or not. i dont like the mechanical i tried it at the store
mate, excellent.!!! coming from using the mac keyboards for yearsss. The FN on the left bugs the hell out of me. How did i miss it when i bought it... jeee ,i just assumed its the same as the MX keys.......
In the UK the Keychron K3 is £85 and the Logitech MX mini is £159.99. So the Logitech is almost 2x the price if the K3, it might be better but its not worth 2x the price.
I'm either doing something wrong or am just an outlier, but I find the Multi-device function on the MX Keys (typing on it now) to be the worst thing about it. My computer is a Mac, but for the more than two years I was was WFH, I had to run emulation to connect to work in Windows remotely. The caps lock key would not stay in one state and trying to switch to the Mac side during work time was not handled at all well. Like I said, I was probably doing something wrong, but I like the keyboard otherwise - I am thinking of trying a mechanical board, but am put off the MX Mechanical by my experience with the other.
Have you ever tried a Topre switch keyboard such as the Realforce? I think you might find it very comfortable. Not a Mac keyboard really but amazingly comfortable.
Just got the 100% MX mechanical and loving it so far. However, I'd really love to replace the keycaps with some PBT keycaps but haven't found any verified options that will fit this keyboard so far. Any ideas??
I had a keychron k3 , unfortunately Bluetooth stopped working on third day of use . The company pretend me to pay the shipping in order to do a refund . So I was disappointed , I have a Targus $20 bucks keyboard for 5 years and compared to $80 with Bluetooth failing , let me know that things happens when you trust an indie company . Thus , I was waiting a big company like Logitech finally came with these keyboards

Still waiting bolt in USBC and not USBA... seriously,,
Nice review.
It's my 1st mecha keyboard and it's true that it boosts my typing speed by 60% compared to my membrane keyboard :D
Sleek, comfortable, long battery life (-5% in a week), good build quality, typing speed boost, better connectivity.
Is it worth the bucks ? YES
Money well spent hahahaha
Hello, which one would you buy if they are worth the same?
logitech mx mechanical vs keykron 3 pro
Got the MX Mechanical Mini a year later (now) for 114€. Can recommend 100%
Now compare the mx mechanical, Keychron K3, Nuphy air75, and Azio Cascade slim all in one video
I’ll see what I can do.
Think the nuphy is my fav. Looks so nice.
Thank you for a very informed review… this is just what I was looking for in regards to these two devices…. Many thanx!
This review video is really good and have important information. Well done !
this is exactly what i needed, thanks for much and I am heading to Keychron for now :)
Interesting - good video! Can't wait for a Keychron video
But it's fun and very comfortable typing program code or scripts in ms.word with Keychron k3.
i was debating between this and the keychron … i bought the keychron because it was cheaper… unfortunately the keychron spams keys… ill press backspace and it deletes everything… i type a word like “hit” and it types out “hitttttttttttttttttttt”
i’m so upset😭
Clear and well organized overview, thank you.
A couple of things:
I have chucked Keychron for NuPhy although both of these need recharging.
It's a major design flaw that hinders usability and ruins the experience if you work in a dim or dark room.
no option at all to make adjustment even with option+?? what a shocker
Yeah, I also returned an MX Keys for the same reason, it's been a problem for years and still no option to adjust the timeout, I expect nothing from Logitech at this point.
Did Logi fixed it already?
I understand it like this: Logitech keybords for Mac or with Mac color do not have bolt included, So maybe your mini does not have bolt because it is a Mac version?
Keyboards for the PC (looks the same, works on Mac without problems, but has bolt and dark colors) do have bolt included with the same price. For MX mouse it is similar!
Thank you for posting this helpful video
I really want the MX mechanical but it really is expensive. I mean I can afford it, but feel kinda guilty getting it ... I have the MX master mouse and love it and need a keyboard because I just got a monitor. Felt like getting a Logitech one just makes sense. Is it really way better than keychron?
Biggest problem with bluetooth keyboard in it doesn't connect with bios till OS is loaded. So bluetooth\wifi is fine only when a dongle is provided.
Many companies have the Bluetooth function disabled by corporate IT, this is especially true in financial services, so a keyboard that can't work with a "dongle" is a non-starter and complete deal breaker.
You can do page down/up, home/end with Func + arrow keys!
Battery comparison between the MX mechanical mini vs keychron k3?
After trying each of these I ended up buying a Nuphy Halo65. In my opinion it’s in another league.
Whats up with the keychrone k3 review?
Hello Cameron hope al is well
PLease need to choose one between Nuphy Air75 and MX Mechanical
am working as programmer
Thank you
Great video. Love the way you explain things. Subbed
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed.
I went with NuPhy Air 75 after comparing these three.
Another one beside k3, nuphy and this mx mini logitech, considering the azio cascade slim if u looking for hot-swapable low profile kb.
At the end which one do you prefer, the logitech or the k3?
Soooo. My MX Mechanical didn't have the little Bolt thing in it.
can you reassign f1 to another key to chanmge device to the other pc
Hi Cameron, may i know which keyboard would be better in terms of typing experience? The K3 or the Logitech MX Mechanical after using on both.
Why do you need a function key if you have a dedicated f1-f10 keys?... You can press shift f1-f10 to get alternative functions
Awesome review, thank you!
for the easy swtich function, does that mean my PC have to have a built-in Bluetooth receiver?
A very useful review. Thank you.
What you recommend if Keychron k8 pro and logi mech mini
i have the Mx Mechanical Mini for more than a month now.
Nice one Cameron. I was considering the MX Mech but I saw the K3 is about 2/3 the price. Worth? Maybe, Maybe not
what I hate about the K3 is that it has a delay on wake up. nust be the bluetooth response. so when you waking up youe PC from sleep you had to tap on a couple of times.
this was not an issue on my other keychron KB’s.
Yes. It’s so annoying!
Was looking forward to an update of the comparison, but it looks like this is the last video uploaded. Hope you're well Cameron, and too busy preparing our updated review video 😅
I promise the channel isn’t dead, nor are the reviews of these keyboards. Unfortunately life got in the way but I’ll be back!
@@CameronDoughertyTech Good to hear. All the best, mate!
It’s solid! I reviewed the B6 which is the larger version of the B1. Hope you like it!
@@CameronDoughertyTech Oh, nice man. I'll check it out!
There is. Well, it's on its way. It's an EU regulation, even Apple has to comply. :D
new here awesome review! how ever i suggest you check out the nuphy air 75 in my opinion is better than the keychron and the mx how ever i would love to hear your thoughts of the mx mechanical vs the nufy air 75
Nice review. I hope you can get your hands on the Signature K855 and compare it to MX Mechanical Mini
does the logitech have anti ghosting?
i really like how it looks, but i wanna use it for gaming
I own the Linear model. Works fantastically for FPS games. I highly recommend this keyboard. Its a beast. Only downfall is the price. A little too expensive! But hey, definitely loved it
I think it's ironic that the one that has PgUp/Dn, Home/End keys also has the Fn key closer to the arrow keys, while the other [I guess] uses Fn+arrows as PgUp/Dn, Home/End but places the Fn key so far away that you need to use both hands to use these functions...
I always use the other hand for modifiers. Less cramped…
Wait max doesn’t connect with Bluetooth? You’re forced to use a dongle for a mx? O.o

I prefer TKL layout so I'm in love with G915 TKL
MX MECHANICAL. Bought yesterday. Cant get keys to work. ANY IDEAS anyone please?
Note: Logitech asks you to install half a GIGABYTE for its software! Without it special keys such as dictation do not work. Bloatware!
mate, excellent.!!! coming from using the mac keyboards for yearsss.
İs Logitech hot-swapple lile keychron?
It is not.
i'd like to see a review of a nuphy keyboard
Any ideas??
It won’t fit, the stabilizers are most likely non standard. Your best bet is to see if the keychron keycaps will fit the Mx mechanical
like the battery life, dislike the ABS keycaps and lack of remap function for it.
Thus , I was waiting a big company like Logitech finally came with these keyboards
sadly they kept the emoji key, instead of including screen brightness + - ....
for me having a custom battery other than AAA or AA is a deal braker
Just use Bluetooth why need receiver?
You need to try nuphy products. They have a similar Bluetooth efficiency as Logitech. Worth to try.
Thanks for the recommendation! Got one I’m reviewing now.
@@CameronDoughertyTech will be waiting for your review.
That logi keys sound like cheap beside the keychron ones
I want an RGB MX keys
For those in a budget, I would get the Keychron K3 V2, though it doesnt have a backlight but the price is almost have of MX mechanical keys.
Low key you look like Alden Ehrenreich
Anyone else finding that ‘granny I got the job’ advert reeaaaaally ffffing annoying? 🤔
3:26 exactly how my ex would describe me
Keychron sounds better though
