I've got the Nuphy Air75 with brown switches and I absolutely love the keyboard just like everyone else. BUT, their support is by far the worst I've had. I sent an email to them, did not get a response for a week so I emailed them again, got a response after a few days, and they did not even answer my question. I had to do plenty of back and forth, clearly stating that I'm on Mac, yet they told me to find a windows computer to solve my issue which was updating the firmware to make my receiver work with my Mac. Keep this in mind if you are purchasing this for the Mac.
Sorry to hear about the support issue you had, and I do agree the console software needs work (and a Mac version). It didn't happen to me with the Air75, but with the Halo65 I had a similar issue where I needed to update the firmware and had to use a Windows machine to do it. I hadn't turned on my old Windows desktop in over a year but I had to resurrect it just to use NuPhy console.
@@semiprotech Looking at it from the outside, it seems like they are getting tons of sales, so they should have budget to develop a Mac software for sure. My issue is that I'm in a foreign country and have no access to a Windows machine right now. I'll simply have to scout around and beg someone to borrow it for a few minutes haha! Cheers.
Keyboard is not only about Physical Keys and Switches. It is also about Software Quality and Battery Life (especially with Wireless). There is no point of buying ultra level keyboard which will cost 250$+ if it does not have proper software and OS support. With wireless keyboard it is even more important, because I do not want to lose connection, have lags and etc. In case of Mac, Logitech is the only known brand that makes proper keyboards for Mac, you may easily find worldwide. Even original Apple Keyboards with ISO garbage (they sell everywhere except USA), is not that good with low profile. I personally use Steel Series for PC, but for Mac I got this one, even though i have Touch ID Keyboard in Mini Form-factor. I got mine for 110$ (shipping included).
The biggest con with NuPhy is that they don't have iso-layout, which most European countries uses. Including mine which uses a Nordic iso layout, thus making NuPhy a no go. It's why I went for Mx mechanical mini as it is literally the only option which exist. Even Keychron doesn't have the same form factor with iso-Nordic layout.
I’m also an iso user (British and Norwegian layouts dual input on Mac) but a workaround I’ve decided to make is just edit the keys to those that I use on VIA. Although the enter key is annoying.
@@servantbyday So shipping was A LOT quicker than expected. Probably 5 or so days ahead of schedule? Aside from other issues like swapping the switches, I don't understand why you would limit yourself to the Mac version of the Logitech keyboard.... I have had my MX Mechanical for about a month now. I didn't get the mini version because a PC should have a numeric keypad imo. The hardware is great; typical Logitech. But who let them release that horrid Options+ software? It is hot air fried garbage. It's miserable and causes issues on my PC, and I'm not quite sure how a company with the reputation Logitech has for PC peripherals, is able to release such junk. I'm also rather surprised that there are zero useful third party software options for windows. The MX Master 3S is the same; hardware is excellent but the accompanying Options+ software is once again hot garbage in an air fryer. They need to scrap it and try again, preferably by hiring an outside firm to design the software.

I have a lot of Logitech things, but their keyboards are behind the times.
