Instant thumbs up for the conclusion at the start, earned a complete watch too🙂
Thanks for the comment! And the complete watch! ;)
What a twist, conclusion at the beginning
Great video! I watched the whole video purely out of respect for your attitude on placing conclusion first, thank you!
Thanks!!
Earned yourself a sub with your quick, swift content and informative explanation
Thank you!
Thanks for the conclusion at the beginning ! I watch it completely for the support, amazing job !
Thank you!!
Love your idea - start with conclusion...
Thank you!
Wow! Great video. You deserve a ton of subs and I'm looking forward to seeing this channel grow.
Thank you!
What the hell are you doing at 2,5k subs? 😄You definitely belong in the top tier of reviewers!
Conclusion first - loved it!
and to top it off, one of the best, most thorough and clear reviews I've ever watched!
Please keep up the awesome work you are doing! I wish you the best and you earned my sub!
LOL!! Thank you!
Great video and presentation, thanks!
Glad you liked it!
Watched the entire video. Very helpful!
Thanks!
Made it to the end. Good review. I found from my prior laptop that backlit keys are not a priority for me. Like you exclaimed for you, I do not type in the dark.
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the comparison. Helped me decide on the K3 Pro. At least here in germany it seems to be the only low profile keyboard with our layout, that also offers hot swap switches, so i could upgrade later on to other switches like the Kailh POM ones from Lofree. (until Lofree offers their keyboards with DE-ISO layout as well)
Another thing that is imo mentionworthy is that Keychrons more Premium ABS switches hold up VERY well. I am currently using a Q3 and even the caps on WASD look barely different from when they arrived half a year ago and have a very silky smooth texture, what makes them really nice to use.
And i would bet my ass that there is an autorun software out there that opens all your programs at startup and remembers their placements.
And the light sense from the Logitech is a mixed bag for me. I own the MX Keys Mini (the flat little brother of the Mech) and it often cant decide if it wants to be on or off and that results very often in slow blinking for me, what can get kinda annoying at some point. ;D
thanks man great video
I appreciate the comment thank you
+1 like for putting the conclusion at the beginning.
Great demo.
You just earned a subscriber! You rock.
Thank you!!! 🙌
I like simply bc you put the conclusion in the beginning.
Thanks!
Got what I needed at the beginning but stayed until the end anyways. Respect your style
Much appreciated!!
Made it to the end. Thanks for the review. I might go for the oil free Keychron
Right on, thanks for the comment. What color switch are you thinking?
@@CoreyStaden linear, red
Great review
Thanks
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU !!! all I needed to know, exactly how I needed to be. Great!! LIKED AND SUBSCRIBED, which I don'y typically do both :D
Glad it helped!
nice comparison!
Glad you think so!
You've earned a subscriber (Me). By the way, amazing video.
Thank you!! 🙌
Thank you
I believe, that the K3 Pro has a metal upper deck and a plastic bottom, I was looking at mine.... The Keychron has a sign through option for their K3 Pro (and a slew of other models). I have the Redragon K652 that I have taped already, something I am planning to do with the K3 Pro. But with all these updates, the K3 Pro comes close to 200 Canadian as well. Via and QMK will take all the options possible that the Options+ software has. I guess for the office worker, neither keyboard would be allowed as they are quite noisy. I just took some keycaps off, and the K3 Pro definitely has a metal upper deck.
Good catch! I have edited that piece out. Thank you! 🙌
8:43 Via has macros that can contain a bunch of keypresses with which you can launch whatever you want. Also any key can be changed, not just few predefined ones. Also Via has layers, which is a game changer and is becoming a standard for keyboards, particularly 75% ones
Thanks for the information!
I recently bought the K3 Max (Red) and I think it's much better than the Logitech. Better tip feeling and generally better quality.
i find the sound of the keychron to come across a little quieter / more subdued which is the biggest factor next to hotswap for me
Thank you fellow patrician blue switch user.
I was going to pull the trigger on the mx mechanical mini, because I was searching for a slim mechanical wireless keyboard and I prefer having a 2.4 dongle over bluetooth. But I went to a store that had them and tested it. It felt incredibly mushy. The brown switches on them didn't give any tactile feedback. It almost felt like those 10€ rubberdome Keyboards you often find in schools. Going back on the internet, I find nothing but positive reviews, which makes me wonder if that test unit in the store was broken, or if I really don't like it.
Try the blues!! Much better feedback and not as clicky as the Keychron
I have MX Mechanical Mini and Keychron K3 v2 (not Pro), both on brown switches. By accident I bought both of them at the same time around 1y ago. At the beginning I liked Keychron switches more. But after time I got used to ‘spongy’ feeling of MX Mechanical brown switches and actually I think it makes me type faster now. My fingers ‘slide’ from one key to another. Sometimes I get Keychron out of drawer for a couple of hours, it feels good when you press individual keys or short messages. But when I start typing fast my fingers want their MX Mechanical back.😅
Nice review thanks and greetings from Germany. I have just checked it looks like MX Mechanical is cheaper than K3 v2, for sure cheaper than K3 Pro and Max versions and specially RGB versions. German iso layout is there
Thanks for sharing!
Absolutely amazing starting with the conlcusion. i'll let it play through for the respect
Much appreciated thank you
Keychron Q Max series is like no other. They come with the Gateron Jupiter switches that sound soooooooooooooooooooo good. :)
I'd like to get my hands on one soon!!
I liked and subscribed instantly to reward you for not wasting my time. Logitech ordered. Good night.
how can you customise the keys on the keychron so like what each key works for as ? Is there any app that needs to be downloaded?
Download the VIA software.
any bluetooth issues seen for Keychron keyboard like some other users' mentioned?
I haven't experienced any Bluetooth issues myself. I've had the K2 for three years and the K3 Pro for six months. 👍
Hello, someone has had the problem that when using the keychorn K3 pro wirelessly (Bluetooth) and using headphones (for example, airpods) it is causing interference, that is, the music played by the headphones cuts out every time press keyboard keys
Hot swappable is important when a switch fails...and it will.
lost my mx mechanical bc the *right arrow key* started failing. Can't really use it in practice without the damn arrow key!
Watched completely 😊
I hate the oil film on keyboards. Big minus for the Logitech there. And I don't see a big benefit in the macros with the Logitech Software. Just nice to have. There surely is third party software, that can do that. The newer K3 Max also has a USB dongle btw.
Thanks for watching!
Getting the k3 Pro with Brown switches
Nice choice! Hot swappable version?
@@CoreyStaden yes i think its better, i can change the switches in future. Is the RGB good enough btw?
Another difference is that the MX does not have an Spanish layout available 😢
I'm upgrading my Keychron K3 V2 to a Logitech MX Mechanical Mini due to battery life and Bluetooth stability
9:14 what is that movie? 😂😂
Dazed and Confused, lol 🤟
NuPhy 75 v2 is a nicer built alternative to Keychron with better Via support (more layers), better backlight, better battery, and better wireless with dongle in addition to bluetooth. The only feature Logitech has is auto on, but you don't need auto off if you use dongle
Thanks!
The biggest difference to most is that nuphy doesn't offer an iso version, which both keychron and logitech do. Wish they did.
@@jimihenrik11 is it really that popular worldwide? I thought it was a niche thing in some European countries
@@NJ-wb1czansi is niche in one country (even the name of that layout has the name of that country), iso is used in every country of Europe and iso stands for International standards organization (but also means The same in ancient Greek)
@@aurelije not really, ansi or a variant of ansi is the default layout for the vast majority of people on Earth. That's just how it is.
The short left shift of iso is a small minority
I loved the MX Mechanical, but they're so.. fragile. I broke mine in 6 months (some keys started failing), and since you can't replace the keys, it's a goner. MUCH prefer it to the keychron or nuphy air, but unsure if I should buy another, after such a short life :(
Shouldn’t there be at least a 1 year warranty ?
@@Mike-wc3jo yep, in the US (not where I am)
I'm sorry to hear about your poor experience!
2 years in EU for every product including keyboards
Comment left, I made it this far... ⌨👀
Thanks for the full watch!!
@taden👍🏽 I bought a K10 Pro, Amazon delivered it today. Now to get me some keys. It has red Esc and Enter on the right hand side. See if I can find a red for the Enter on the number pad and some different color Shift keys and Space Bar.
You have such a nice video production but the thumbnail sucks. I was so hesitant to click on the video after watching that thumbnail.
😕 P r o m o s m
Thank you
