My mom and dad divorced when I was three. It was the best decision because they really could not get along, it would’ve been so toxic if they’d stayed together. You know what's funny? When I'm in the grocery store with only 1 or 2 items, I'm usually let forwards BUT only if the person ahead of me is a man. Not only women do not let me pass their overhauled carts, some of them has been RACING to get ahead of me when a new chekout was opening. And this is only one example on how women are much more hostile to one another for literally no reason than men to women or men to other men (because men, at least in my observations, are more likely to hold the door for each other too). Not all men of course, but at least the ones that were raised in a human household and not among dogs and rats.

Keep in mind, when these kind of men say "debt-free" it implies they don't want a woman who had to take out loans to get a degree/car/house (which would be most women unless they come from money or got very lucky with scholarships and family support). So they want someone who basically doesn't have anything of their own and has to rely on them.
