yes we can ship to europe. No 8 min timeouts or original controller is needed. Maestro S3 is fully PS4 compatible. All QRD products receive regular firmware updates downloable from our website. 2 SOCD modes avaliable, one is standard EVO SOCD. More SOCD modes can be added with future updates. Buttons are hotswap mx style mechanical silent buttons. Button caps are interchangable, but they are bigger than punkworkshop or gamerfinger buttons. We can provide different colors and designs or user can 3d print their own designs. Battery is easily accesible and replacable with any other battery with same electrical output. users can provide replacement batteries from us. We dont have amazon sales yet.

@@JTC1979 3rd party buttons probably will stand small for the button space on our controller. We can provide our button caps in different colors if specified in order information, we didt not put any specific color or texture website yet. Users also can 3d print theirs if they want. Latency is in line with standard PS4 controller, 250Hz-1khz over usb and 1kHz on bluetooth. I have tested vs brook pcb in different fighting games, even though brook is 2khz polling rate when input sent from same button it is always a trade in game. For fighting games effect of polling rate is highly dependant on frame rate of the game. we have lately sent out to some youtube-twitch fighting game influencer and reviews will come out soon.

sorry for not clearly explaining in the manual. just like ps4, first you need to connect to switch wired, it will recognize switch automatically then you can remove the usb wire and use it wireless on on switch. it will remember and automatically connect to the switch as long as its not used on another device such as pc or ps4. if it was used on another device you need to connect using usb for once again.

What does the EZ-mode actually do and why are the latency modes a thing? I'm genuinely curious and would love both to be elaborated upon.
EZ-mode makes moves like half circles consistent. Latency modes are latency options to make gameplay smoother for old games and hardware.
these modes are optional and can be enabled/disabled via simple button combintions. There are also standard modes without these features.

Are the buttons 30mm or 24mm?
24mm and 30mm(up) surface buttons. standard 24mm buttons has 18mm surface ours has 24mm surce. they are bigger than standard buttons
