Worked Perfectly!!! best solution if you forget your laptop's password and security questions. Since i Switched to a desktop pc and haven't used my laptop in over 2 years, i totally forgot the password to it and this helped!!!

Thank you so much for this! We recently and unexpectedly lost our dog. While it may sound silly to some, we're very sad and miss her so much. Our photos of her were stored on a laptop locked with a password we've since forgotten. With this video we were able to again see the face of our pup that we miss so dearly. I can only assume others that have since forgotten their passwords and have lost family members and friends are in this same situation. Thank you again for taking the time to put together this helpful video.

Danish,I really want to thank you. My dad had two computers with a lot of family pictures and other things. It is a pretty trying time for us and being able to recover the stuff on his computer will be very important for my family. My mom will be very happy to see what I've recovered when I put it on her computer.
This isn't just the regular "lost my password" need. It will make someone very happy at a very difficult time.

Thank you! HolyCRAP!!! what a rabbit hole I went down to try to get into my computer that mysteriously wouldn't accept my password anymore, I was about to do a reset but then I found this vid!! NEVER in a million years did I think it would be possible to get into it without a reset or pre-made key. WOW. Side note, this is really disconcerting to know in terms of security lol.

You saved me. Had a friend that got scammed and they locked his PC up with a PIN code. Using your instructions I was able to get in. change the [password and remove the software they used. Thanks!!!!

Anyone thats using a usb because u ran out space on your old laptop...u will need 2nd usb's to plug in after u download both of the things he told u to download. Took me 2 hours to figure that out but luckily I bought a 2 pk from Amazon.
my grandfather has all his photo's and also important info on his old pc we could not get into it until this video thank you!!!!!!!
Thanks a lot! My PC suddenly said my correct password was incorrect. This is the only working method I found that doesn't require reinstalling windows. Fixed it in a few minutes.

@@hassanelhadi9145 Yes, everything stays intact, only the password is removed. Just follow the video and you'll be fine. Only difference is that I created the bootable USB on Mac so I used Etcher instead of Rufus.

When you got in, did it erase your pictures and documents and start blank? Or were you just able to get in and still have everything?

Hello, Great video!! Question: This video was posted 3 years ago, does this tactic still work smoothly.. the way you've just shown us here? I don't really want to use my good PC to download/bridge anything onto it. However can I use a Chromebook to download the Hiren's bootCD files onto the thumb drive. I need to unlock my old laptop to recover my forgotten password & retrieve a bunch of family pics. Thank you.

Changes I made : I had to change boot mode to 'Lagacy' instead of UEFI.

Hi! Thank you so much for your video. I'm having some trouble with the USB reboot, as soon as I press enter the Windows logo doesn't appear for me. Instead there's a whole code with information like FreeDOS kernel, copyright rights, FreeCom version and then I think I'm supposed to write something for the C partition, as it shows "C:\>". Did this ever happen to anyone?
Hi I am a student and needed to get into a school laptop but none of the teachers knew the password and this looks sketch af but it works and works well. It also works on Windows 10 not just 7
