      Hi there, thank you for your question! The error message you’re seeing indicates that the debug command is not recognized by your system this could be because the command is not installed or not in your systems path enviroment variable. You can try to open the Command Prompt as an administrator, navigate to the system32 folder by typing "cd C:\Windows\System32" and pressing Enter, then type "debug" and press Enter. However, if you continue to encounter the same error message, it's likely that the debug command is not installed on your system

    why are u saying to 'reset' the bios password? what does this mean?
    no password prompt populates?
    no password needed / blank password?
    gives option for new password?
    defaults to default factory password?
    device specific password?
    an anything u input is fine password?
    something else?
    the word 'reset' is used interchangeably in many fields and industries and is not at all indicative of what the user is trying and failing to convey. i believe the narrator even uses it unspecifically tho its hard to be sure. kind of important to know what resetting DOES. [2:15] how would we know if it was successful? one of the options listed above is presented? does something happen? nothing happen.?
    what cracking DOES. what if i just want to nut the password? or block the password absolve the password?. and why is resetting the bios considered as fixing the password issue? this appears to be used interchangeably as well. no reason given. what is 'fixing'
    why isthe narrator saying it might be necessart to crack the password? necessary? what is the iportance of 'getting' get the bios password [1:39]? getting? what does this mean?
    and why waste time explaining what BIOS is? what does this have to do with its password.>getting, resetting, cracking, bypassing, fixing.disabling- i'll just try a different vid. thx

    Honest question: I just did this, and it works. Thank you! But: is there a way to disable this feature? Meaning: what if I don't want anybody to access my bios. The way it is now, anybody can type the wrong password, get the request code, then use your method to access my bios. How can I disable this feature? I read that some bios have a setting to disable password recovery, but mine doesn't. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

    • @RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware
      @RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi there, thank you for your question! Disabling password recovery in the BIOS depends on your system's manufacturer and model, but if the option isn’t available in your BIOS, you can take alternative steps. Start by setting a strong BIOS administrator or supervisor password to prevent unauthorized access, as this effectively disables recovery for standard users.

      @RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there, thank you for your question. It seems like you're dealing with a challenging situation. The "Inaccessible Boot Device" error can be caused by various issues, and it's not uncommon after a factory reset. Let's try some troubleshooting steps to help you resolve the problem:
      Boot into Safe Mode:
      Restart your computer.
      Press the F8 key repeatedly as the computer restarts.
      Choose "Safe Mode" from the Advanced Boot Options menu.
      If you can boot into Safe Mode successfully, it may indicate a driver or software issue. From there, you can uninstall recent updates or drivers.
      Boot from Windows Installation Media:
      Insert the Windows installation media (USB or DVD) and restart your computer.
      Press the key (usually F2, F12, ESC, or DEL) to access the Boot Menu.
      Choose the option to boot from the installation media.
      Select "Repair your computer" > "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced options."

    • @RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware
      @RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi there, thank you for your question! Another possible method is to use the Novo button on your laptop to access the system recovery menu. From there, you can select the option to restore your PC to factory defaults, which will also reset the BIOS password. However, this method will erase all your personal data and settings on your laptop, so you should back up your important files before proceeding. If none of these methods work for you I suggest you contact Lenovo customer support for further assistance.

    • @RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware
      @RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there, thank you for your question. If you've disabled the admin BIOS password on your Asus computer, but it's still prompting for a password, there are a few steps you can take to address this issue:
      Verify Password Entry:
      Double-check that you are entering the password correctly. Ensure that the Caps Lock is not enabled and try entering the password again.
      Clear CMOS:
      Clearing the CMOS (Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor) can reset the BIOS settings. To do this, you typically need to:
      Power off the computer.
      Locate the CMOS battery on the motherboard (a coin-cell battery).
      Remove the battery for a few seconds and then reinsert it.
      Power on the computer.
      Note: Clearing the CMOS will reset other BIOS settings as well, so you may need to reconfigure some settings after doing this.
      Contact Asus Support:
      If the issue persists, it's advisable to contact Asus support for assistance. They may provide specific guidance based on your computer model and the nature of the problem.

      Hi there, thank you for your question! If you're sure you laptop does not have a removable CMOS battery then you can try flashing the BIOS with a new firmware. This process involves using a tool to write the new firmware to the BIOS chip on your laptop’s motherboard. Hi there, thank you for your question. If your laptop is prompting for a password every time you turn it on, it's likely due to a security feature, such as a password-protected user account or a BIOS/UEFI password. Here are some steps you can take to address this:
      User Account Password:
      If the password prompt is associated with your user account, you can change or remove the password from the user account settings.
      On Windows, press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and select "Change a password" to change the password or "Manage another account" to modify account settings.
      BIOS/UEFI Password:
      Some laptops have a BIOS/UEFI password set for added security. This password is separate from the user account password.
      To access the BIOS/UEFI settings, typically, you need to press a specific key during the initial boot process (e.g., F2, Del, Esc). Check your laptop's manual or splash screen for the correct key.
      Once in the BIOS/UEFI settings, look for a security section or a tab that allows you to set or remove a password.

      Hi there, thank you for your question! You can contact HP in your region and request a customized SMC.bin file, which you can use to reset the password. Please note that this method requires you to provide proof of ownership of the device. You can replace the BIOS chip on your HP Elitebook 840 G3 with a new one. This method requires you to open up your laptop and locate the BIOS chip on the motherboard. You can then remove the old chip and replace it with a new one.

      HDDs cost nothing - I want to install Linux - can I simply set up a Linux OS on a hard drive on another computer then move it to the laptop that has the unknown BIOS password? Will that work?
