Apparently at one of the steps 1:21 you chose Leave my files and therefore the old account data remained.
You need to start from the beginning and need to select Remove all

I am trying to do a windows repair cause my windows is not booting up it's just a black screen with a circular loading icon. When I access windows repair and then select my user account it asks a password, it doesn't recognise any password, I eventually did a reset and local install then it creates a defaultuser01 account when you click on it it also has a password which I don't know and non of my passwords works? This pc was working fine I even tried to uninstall the last windows update and it's prompting for a password it's so frustrating

If there are no files on your computer that you don't want to lose, then you can "Reset this PC" and select "Remove everything", and then in the next step choose cloud file download to get a new Windows from the Internet.
But if you don’t want to lose your personal files, then you can reinstall Windows, but for this you will need a bootable USB flash drive of Windows 10 or 11.
If you have another computer, or your relative or friend has a computer or laptop that you can use, you can create a flash drive with Windows 10 or 11 yourself and install Windows on your computer in such a way as not to lose your license and personal files:

Most likely, in “Reset this PC” you selected “Keep my files” and therefore, along with your personal files, your account data along with a forgotten password remained.
If you select "Reset this PC", you must select "Delete everything" to completely remove data.
