The only issue I see, and its more of a nitpick, here is with the final solution you never shore up the security vulnerability created by renaming cmd to utilman. You should should really show how to access sytem32 from windows user and change it back to the proper application or mention they need to preform the steps from the boot media in reverse order to shore up the security issue.

The problem here is that if in one of the commands you write at least one letter incorrectly, then the command will not work. I think this is the main reason for dislikes.

I just finished successfully! I'm ecstatic! Of the 4 methods I used F12 and began boot procedure from a Windows 10 via CD/DVD drive. Method 4 worked for me , but after I run wpeutil reboot , the laptop reboots , I can hear the windows sound but the screen remains black. Is there a way to revert ? Or what can I do next ? I can boot from the flash drive and get back in cmd via method 4

The problem here is that if in one of the commands you write at least one letter incorrectly, then the command will not work.
I think this is the main reason for dislikes.

I just finished successfully! I'm ecstatic! Of the 4 methods I used F12 and began boot procedure from a Windows 10 via CD/DVD drive. Then elected Repair and followed all the very clear and precise instructions! Fantastic outcome! My local tech guru didn't even know about this. I completed by created a new password on this essential PC and now back to full functionality! Extreme happiness and very THANKFUL!!!

Method 4 worked for me , but after I run wpeutil reboot , the laptop reboots , I can hear the windows sound but the screen remains black. Is there a way to revert ? Or what can I do next ? I can boot from the flash drive and get back in cmd via method 4
The system is not broken, sorry, but this problem occurs if you make a mistake in one of the steps or due to a certain Windows configuration.
If the problem is not solved, now try the following - You need to start all the way from the very beginning, that is, force a restart of the PC, if you have a laptop, press the power button and hold it until the laptop turns off, wait 1 minute and turn on the computer again.
Sometimes after this the problem disappears, but if the problem persists, force restart the PC again and then open the command line again using method 4, write “regedit” and go through the path step by step, but with one change:
open the CmdLine tab 4:50, delete cmd.exe, click ok and continue until 5:43
Restart your PC, after which the problem should stop and the lock screen will open where you need to enter the password to log into Windows
Don't do anything else and let me know when you're done.
