    우와 너무 예쁘고 맛있을것 같아요>_< 저는 머핀에 발로나 다크커버춰를 올려서 완성해본 적이 있는데, 나름 많이 식힌 것 같은데도 엄청 금방 녹아내리더라구요ㅠㅠ타이밍 맞추기가 너무 어려워요...머핀은 두툼해서 식는데 시간이 더 오래걸려서 그런가....ㅠㅠㅠ
    그래서 요즘은 아예 완전히 식도록 방치한 다음에 달군 칼로 다크커버춰를 살짝 녹여서 머핀에 접착시켜주고 있어요ㅋㅋㅋ접착이 잘 되는건 아니지만 그래도 과하게 녹지는 않더라구요!

      오오오! 발로나 초콜릿을 머핀에 올리면 너무 귀여울 것 같아요! 머핀은 쿠키보다 두툼해서 초콜릿 붙이는 타이밍 맞추기가 좀 더 어렵긴 하겠어요. 뜨겁게 달군 칼로 살짝 녹이는 방법 너무 좋은 것 같아요! 저도 담에 한번 고렇게 해봐야겠어요! 좋은 팁 감사합니다 ☺️

    안녕하세요 캐나다에서 인사드려요~! 꼭 도전해보고 싶은 베이킹이예요! 자세한 영상도 넘 감사드려요! 혹시 단맛을 조금 줄이거나 대체할 재료는 뭐가 있는지 여쭈어봐도 될까요? 에리스티롤, 스테비아 같은 것을 설탕대신 사용해 될까요?? 아참 그리고 중력분 대신 아몬드 가루는 괜찮을까요?

    쓰시는 황설탕은 한국에서 파는 황설탕보다 진하고 끈적해보이네요 혹시 마스코바도 라이트로 사용하면 비슷한 느낌을 낼수 있을까요?^^ 설탕종류가 확!달라지면 쿠키식감이 바뀔거 같아서요

    황설탕 느낌이 흑설탕같은 느낌이네요..?혹시 쓰시는 브랜드의 황설탕을 알수있을까요??최대한 비슷한느낌으로 만들고싶어서요!!

      캐나다에서 살고 있어서 Dark brown sugar라는 걸 썼어요! 저도 확실하지 않아서 이미지를 찾아보니 흑설탕보다는 연하고 황설탕보단 진한 느낌이네요. 한국에도 황설탕 종류가 따로 있을까요?

      @@sundaybaking 황설탕 종류라기보다는 저는 주로 한국 CJ에서 나오는 백설탕,황설탕,흑설탕을 주로 써서 다른 브랜드와의 차이는 잘 모르겠어욥..색깔에서도 차이는 좀 날수있겠지만 흑설탕에서 느낄수있는 수분감이 살짝있는 덩어리지는 느낌의 설탕이 영상에서 보여서 여쭤본거였어욥!!

      @@sundaybaking 조금 질퍽해서 괜찮은가하고 걱정이 초코칩쿠키가 젤 질퍽했고 마니 퍼지더라구요.. 근데 맛이 진짜 르뱅보다 덜부담스럽고 맛있다라구요.. 가족들에게칭찬받았어용 감사해요

    그런데 썬데이님,,혹시 사용하신 재료중 견과류는 전처리하고 넣으신건가요?!
    소량이라 그냥 사용해도 될까요?!

      저는 게으름뱅이라 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 이렇게 한가지 반죽으로 여러개 만드는게 너무 좋더라구요. 영상에서 사용한 견과류는 헤이즐넛만 살짝 오븐에 구워줬어요. 헤이즐넛이 너무 허여멀건해서.. 구워주는게 맛있겠더라구요. 전처리 귀찮으시면 안하셔도 돼용! 그래도 맛있어요! 힛힛 다만, 호두를 사용하실 때는 껍질에서 쓴맛이 나올 수 있기 때문에 살짝 데친 뒤 오븐에 구우신 다음 쿠키 반죽에 넣으면 고소하고 맛있어요. 그래서 호두 사용할 때는 저는 한번 먹어보고, 쓴맛이 강하면 전처리를 해주고 있어요. 부지런하시다면, 전처리를 추천하고 저처럼 귀차니즘을 가지고 계시다면 안하셔도 괜찮아요 ☺️
