    쿠키 레시피대로 만들었는데 자꾸 쿠키가 퍼집니다ㅠㅠㅠ 휴지시간을 늘려봤는데도 퍼지던데 혹시 왜그런지 알수있을까요??😭😭 맛은 정말 그냥 대박입니다 먹자마자 눈 번쩍 뜨여요 저같은 똥손도 할수있음

      스모어 너무 맛있죠! 반죽이 너무 질어졌거나 오븐 온도가 맞지 않으면 얇게 퍼지는 경우가 많아요🥺 반죽 믹싱 후의 휴지시간은 적정시간만 해주시면 됩니당 반죽 성형 후 팬닝한 다음에 냉장실이나 냉동실에 잠시 보관해뒀다가 차갑게 유지 시킨 후 구워보세요! 저는 거의 그렇게 해결하는 편이랍니다😉 반죽 성형할 때 너무 많이 조물거리지 마시구 오븐은 아주 충분히 예열해주시고 온도계 확인하면서 구워보세요! 충분히 더 예쁘게 완성할 수 있을거에요🥰🥰 화이팅!

      반죽 안에 들어가는 초코 말씀하시는걸까요..?! 초코는 거의 깔리바우트나 발로나 둘 중 사용하고 데코로 올라간 화이트초코는 블로섬초코라 검색하면 대부분 나오는거 같아요😉✨

    저거 다 만들고 보관은 어떻게 하나요? 식은 다음에 에어프라이어에 돌려서 먹으면 똑같이 마시멜로우가 늘어날까요?

      OPP봉투에 넣어서 냉장보관이나 냉동보관 해주시면 됩니당! 마시멜로우는 식히거나 냉장보관 해도 딱딱해지지 않더라구요! 쫀득하게 보관되서 에어프라이어에 돌리면 괜찮을거 같아요ㅎㅎ

      입맛마다 차이가 있겠지만 제 입맛에는 확실히 중력분이 섞인 쿠키가 삼킬 때 목막힘이 덜했고 씹을때의 식감도 더 부드러웠어요ㅎㅎ💕

    버터를 녹이는 레시피와 크림화시켜서 하는 레시피의 차이를 알 수 있을까요??

      버터를 녹였을 땐 크림화 시키는 반죽보다 공기 포집이 덜 되어 수분감도 남아있고 지방분도 남아있어 크림화를 시킨 버터보다 촉촉하고 무거운 식감으로 완성됩니다! 크림화를 시키는건 버터 사이 공기를 포집해 버터를 뽀얗게 부풀려 주는 과정이라 가벼운 식감으로 완성돼요ㅎㅎ 스모어 쿠키도 버터를 녹여서 만드는 방법과 크림화 시켜 만드는 방법 두가지 모두 사용해요! 한 번씩 만들어 보시고 더 끌리는 쪽으로 선택해보시면 좋을거 같아요🥰

      베이킹파우더가 들어가기 때문에 24시간 이상 휴지는 하지 않는게 좋대요! 그 전에 구워주면 문제없을거 같아요ㅎㅎ😉

      앗ㅠㅠ 계량하실 때 설탕양을 정확히 하셨을까요..?! 제가 알기로는 설탕을 줄여버리면 잘 안퍼질 수 있다고 알거든요🥺 또 굽기 전에 손으로 조금 눌러준 뒤 구워보세요! 저도 반죽이 너무 물러서 실패했을 경우 빼고는 그렇게 많이 퍼지지 않았어요!

      As I heard melted butter and softened butter gives of different texture, refrigerating them overnight gives them more flavor

      무염버터 쓰셔야해요!! 전 실온에는 놔두지 않는 편이고 냉장보관해서 일주일 이내로 먹거나 냉동보관해서 한 달 정도 보관해두고 있어요☺️

    안녕하세요 뚜야님!! 지금 따라 만들고 굽고 나니까 뚜야님 영상 결과물처럼 뚠뚠하지 않고 옆으로 얇게? 넓적하게 퍼졌는데ㅜ 어느부분에서 잘못했을까요..?ㅜ 혹시 냉장휴지 시간이 길어지면 그럴수도 있나요?

      반죽이 너무 물러졌거나 오븐 온도가 맞지 않았을 가능성이 있으니 확인해보시면 좋을거 같아요! 전 냉동휴지 후 소분할 때 반죽을 많이 만져대면 휴지를 오래시켰어도 퍼져서 완성되더라구요ㅠㅠ 반죽은 항상 차갑게! 단단하다 싶을 정도로 유지해주고 오븐은 충분한 예열을 해주세요!! 😉🥰
