I'm finally back with more lyric videos!
There is so much content out there already for EPIC, but I wanted to put out these simple lyric videos specifically because it's something I feel there's not as much of in this space outside of the livestreams Jay does for each release. I hope creating such lyric videos will help anyone with auditory processing issues like myself who wants to enjoy or react to the songs without having to pull up the lyrics. It's also a plus for those reacting to the songs in videos and for sing-alongs!
With the release of Thunder Saga, I thought now would be a good time as any to put out this content, especially as we're all anxiously waiting for the brilliant animatic artists! I will be going backwards through each of the saga to create lyric videos, ending with the Troy Saga. For any future saga releases, I will act as quickly as I can upon release to put up lyrics videos for those.
Fear not, for those waiting, I'm still working on Bare: A Pop Opera, I'm probably going to entirely revamp those videos. I love that musical with my whole soul, I just lost motivation at the time to release lyric videos as I was going through some things in my personal life. I also want to work on lyrics for other musicals outside of EPIC and Bare! But my top priority at the moment will be going backwards saga by saga to put up lyric videos for EPIC.
Please support Jay and the cast/crew's work by going to his official channel and streaming the songs, whether that's on TH-cam, Spotify, TikTok, or elsewhere! I will include links in the comments and below. I am not sure if he will still be able to get revenue for his songs from these videos (I certainly AM NOT and WILL NOT profit from them), so I want to emphasize how much the cast deserves streams. Typically when I release lyric videos, I am immediately notified of a copyright, and all revenue goes to the copyright holder while I get to keep my video up, but this has not happened this time, so I'm not sure.

CONTENT WARNING: ANIMAL DEATH
"Mutiny" is the fourth song in The Thunder Saga. Eurylochus starts a mutiny against Odysseus, after the latter fled from Scylla instead of fighting, and sacrificed six men to her. As Odysseus prepares the killing blow, his own men stab him. Eurylochus sails them to Thrinacia, the island of the sun god. Upon noting the many cows grazing, hunger gets the best of the crew and they kill one of them despite Odysseus' pleas to reason. Thunder on the horizon promises retribution.
Further Notes (WITH SONG / MUSICAL SPOILERS):
I failed to mark it correctly, but it should be Perimedes specifically singing the first line at 1:54, while the lines after with the other soldiers coming in should be marked as 'Perimedes & Crew'. It was not marked on Genius, and I forgot to add that detail despite it being confirmed.

@@DeepikaGinger yes, he knew facing Scylla would have a cost, so he had 6 men light up six torches. These six men unknowingly became sacrifices to Scylla (one for each of Scyllas heads) so Odysseus and the remaining men could pass through the monster's cave
