I seen someone explain Personality Development using the example of someone with the devil on one shoulder and an angel on the other trying to make a decision. Putting that explanation with yours made it finally sink in. ID-devil character Ego-Human Character Superego-Angel character
I always picture a cartoon scene when trying to remember the difference between id, ego & superego. Id is like the devil on the shoulder, superego is like the angel on the shoulder and ego is the person listening to both to make a decision lol
