Hi Ray!!! I just want to say THANK YOU! I took my exam three days ago (lcsw) and i passed and its because of you! I was studying with the Dawn Apgar book/app and was not doing well on the practice tests. I changed by study plan and JUST watched all your videos instead and that was the solution! The cereal method and all your tips were what made the exam EASY!!!!! i CANNOT thank you enough! I will tell everyone to follow and watch your page to study. I had so much confidence during hte test and again, it's because of you! thank you thank you thank u !!

I was diagnosed with intermittent explosive disorder and PTSD.
Excellent analysis you gave because I am cool, calm collective and super patient and humble until: the right set of socioeconomic and environmental circumstances can lead to outburst.
And the problem is it gets misconstrued as premeditated violence when that is absolutely not the case yet the legal system lives to toss that stereotype on people like me for their own malevolent benefits.

I was diagnosed with ODD, DMDD, and PTSD. Recently, ODD was taken off the checklist and Intermittent Explosive Disorder was added. Turns out, DMDD doesn't always fit.
(I'm also Autistic, so that causes issues as well.)
