    Great Gary , have been following you for years , l am a pilates & other movement disciplines teacher, due to injury & three Orthopaedic surgeries, lots if physio l haven't taught pilares for 3 xyears have however taught more into pilates pelvic floor protocols ,if you can do some classes for knee ,hips & feet after surgery in pilates would be appreciated, l am roughly your age but do not look it ,yesterday l did a lot of reform, wunda chair & Cadillac work ,l loved it , just trying to build up my strength & balance work , thank you ,always love your teaching & Moira ,the originals ,Marika ❤

    I did different trainings with different equipment in the past. This was my first training with the Sissel ring and I feel like a beginner. But I will redo it. It's fun and satisfaction for me. Thank you for this lesson!

    Great ...But Too Many in 15 minutes...I like 4-6 type and repeat 3 of each 10 times rather almost 50 different movements

    Great video! I loved it and joined the channel. I just found a circle like this one here in my house during quarentine and I have a question: can I have chest gains using it? I mean chest muscle gains, since there's no doubt that this circle provides strenght gains. Thanks and keep up the good work.

      Welcome aboard! I'm not sure the circle has enough resistance to increase your muscle size, but depending on your current level, you may increase your strength somewhat. Thanks so much for commenting.
