This workout is so intense. The second one already made me felt tired!!!! No, not at all. What matters more is consistency, not intensity. Think about it, if a person does half a mile of walking everyday, and another person who does 182.5 miles in one day and then doesn't do it anymore, who will get more benefits? The first person. They burnt the calories everyday and MAINTAINED it, resulting in slow, but healthy weight loss. The second person, loses a lot of weight in one day, but since they aren't maintaining it AND they aren't doing anything else, they're going to gain all of that weight back. So, to answer your question, it would make more since to just do it for 7 days!!! And no, you don't sound dumb, js confused!!

Just try to do stretching exercises after workout, trust me, it does wonders
I will try my best to do it for 14 days or maybe more:
1 day: ✅️ I feel the abs burning
2 day: ✅️ it is burning
3 day: ✅️ it wasn't burning that much
4 day: ✅️ it was burning in some exercise
5 day: ✅️ it was burning at the end alot
6 day:❌️ i was in the car all day for the trip
7 day: ❌️ i was in the trip
8 day: ❌️ uhm still the trip
9 day:❌️ still trip
10 day: ❌️ uh you already know the reason
I just subscribed to LEAN. I find the lean app very slow and cannot do 2 guides at the same time, for example I want to do the shred guide with hourglass guide combine, 2 guides are open but not.
Doing this for a week ill keep updating
Just doing for a week is not gonna get you abs, you have to be consistent over time

No, not at all. What matters more is consistency, not intensity. Think about it, if a person does half a mile of walking everyday, and another person who does 182.5 miles in one day and then doesn't do it anymore, who will get more benefits? The first person. They burnt the calories everyday and MAINTAINED it, resulting in slow, but healthy weight loss. The second person, loses a lot of weight in one day, but since they aren't maintaining it AND they aren't doing anything else, they're going to gain all of that weight back. So, to answer your question, it would make more since to just do it for 7 days!!! And no, you don't sound dumb, js confused!!
