Day 1 done✅️: I found it difficult to hold my neck. Day 2 done✅️: still had difficulty holding my neck and I felt it today, the PAIN on my back and core. Day 3 done✅️ Day 4 done✅️: it challenged me today😭. I made sure to concentrate and had my lower back flat on the mat throughout. Make sure to do that. You will FEEL the pain Day 5 done✅️ Day 6 Got busy with work Day 7 didnt do it Day 8 didnt do it Day 9 done ✅️ : Am not happy about the 3 days i didnt do this workout but i was able to finish it today without much challenge. Day 10 done ✅️: Honestly, I enjoy this workout so much especially the last few workouts. And I love how I always feel something in just 8min. MUCH LOVE ❤
This workout does provide results! I've not done it consistently for 14 days but when doing it i've seen results particualry on upper abs and faint lines around the rest
I’ve been doing this for 6 days so far and I already notice a difference in my core strength! I’m able to do skills at gymnastics a lot easier now. I plan on continuing to do this till it gets too easy.
Going to try this for a week! I have always had a good core base, and it was easy for me to do 15-20m core based exercises but this year I lost all my strength due to stress and weight loss. I hope this helps me, so stay tuned. Day 1- ✅finished with almost no breaks! Proud of myself.

Doing this for 14 days straight! Day 1: ✅ it was pretty hard and i had to take a few breaks and i really felt the burn, i hope tomorrow will be easier 🥲 Day 2: ✅ i found it a tiny but easier than last time but still felt the burn Day 3: ✅ i got home late so i did it late at night and this made it a lot harder since i was so tired but i didnt skip Day 4: ✅ It felt a lot easier than before Day 5: ✅ im not sure why but today might have been the hardest so far but done

I know this is an older comment but perhaps it may help someone else. Try to focus on lifting your shoulders off the mat, more so than your neck; this will engage the core more and take pressure off of your neck.

I’ve been doing this for days, this is the best ab workout that actually helps me feel the burn! Giving Updates as I go on!!! Day 1 - It didn’t feel that bad while I did it but it hit me the next day pretty hard. Day 2 - Definitely felt way harder Day 3 - feeling a lot stronger and I also think my waist shrunk a lot Day 4 - been trying hard to stop making excuses and can feel my self discipline strengthening. I can also see my stomach fat slowly shrinking! Day 5 - got way easier today, did it outside so I could get tan as well 😊 Overall just feeling more confident! Day 6 - I had zero motivation to do this, but I did it at night today. This workout is teaching me very good self discipline. I wish I took a before photo because I noticed a huge change this morning! I think I’ll have lots of abs by the end of next week 😂 Day 7 - I did it at night again, I woke up and the waist band of my boxers were suppppperrrrrr lose. The workout isn’t very hard anymore but I still feel a burn. I might do it 2 times a day this next week.

Decided to try it out and I'm going to commit to the full 14 days!! I'll post my progress for each day and hopefully see results. I'm doing this after a 30-45 minute run outside (and I live in a very hilly area) and my goal is to drink about three 32 oz hydroflasks a day (so 96 oz in total). I'm limiting my snacking habit and going to try to eat 3 full meals a day. Day 1: Really felt it. I struggled to lift my arms on some of them and had to take a breather and pause. I managed to finish and really felt it in my core. Doing this after a run is tough lol
For anyone looking to know of this is good for belly fat, you cannot spot reduce fat, the description says for “fat loss” if you want fat loss you must lose fat as a whole. But this workout is great for core strength

found those in my notes (6 months later) day 1: tiring, my stomach hurt for 10 minutes after I did this (results: no visible ones) day 2: didn’t hurt that much afterwards, but the workout felt harder (no visible results) day 3: was definitely harder to start, but the 8 minutes passed by faster, even though the beginning was really tough (no results?) day 4: forgot😭 day 5: did it 2 times td bc of yesterday, 1st one wasn’t that difficult, 2nd round was a lot harder (I have the impression that my obliques & the middle line of my belly are a little, little bit more toned, but maybe I’m just blind😭) day 6: had no motivation, was definitely harder but i performed the exercises more correctly than before? (same as yesterday) day 7: was really motivated, but did it at 11pm hahah, my neck felt dense, but it wasn’t that hard today (no more results) day 8: wasn’t that difficult, had motivation (slight changes, less bloated and middle line more toned) day 9: did it really late & was really bloated, and it wasn’t that easy day 10: was really motivated, I could see that I was capable of performing the exercises more correctly day 11: was really hard again, ate soo much today, hat no strenght but I had a good form (no more changes) day 12: had no difficulties starting, neck hurt , but it went well (middle line more defined today?) day 13: was harder today + really bloated (no more changes) day 14: did it for two weeks!! Tried my best today and will prob still do this workout for the next two weeks, I see slight improvements, for example in my flexibility/the performance of these exercises, but I can’t really see crazy changes on my body (when I’m laid down, I can feel that my stomach is harder, and maybe the middle line goes more inward) day 15: did not do it, got broken up to (was at the gym tho but didnt train abs specially) day 16: did two other Workouts day 17: did nothing all day😭

I can vouch that this seriously works. To be fair I am naturally thinner, but this worked magic when getting me nice and toned. I feel strong and look it as well
(Day 1) I felt the burn and it was pretty easy until 5 minutes in 😭 (Day 2) my core was sore and it hurt a bit but I still did my workout anyways, still a bit challenging but I got it done 💪🏼 (Day 3) it was easier on day 3 and I was just trying to Focus on my breathing :) (Day 4) it got easier, still felt the burn and I was able to complete the workout without any breaks! (Progress) I feel stronger near my core and I’m able to more sit-ups without feeling tired quickly :) I suggest you take a rest if you start to feel sore or pain after a workout, make sure you drink water, watch your diet and rest your body when necessary :) you got this and good luck!!

Day 6 - I had zero motivation to do this, but I did it at night today. This workout is teaching me very good self discipline. I wish I took a before photo because I noticed a huge change this morning! I think I’ll have lots of abs by the end of next week 😂
Day 7 - I did it at night again, I woke up and the waist band of my boxers were suppppperrrrrr lose. The workout isn’t very hard anymore but I still feel a burn. I might do it 2 times a day this next week.

Super effective it doesnt even gets harder everyday its easier and you will see results before 14 days
So strange and not how each time is different. Like I wasn't engaging as much today or maybe i was but just didn't feel like it was. Definitely feel like I could do another abs today to help cement the activation. Thankyou!

day 1✅: my core is very weak. couldnt even do exercise at 4:52. Definitely felt the burn a lot, wasnt easy. Glad I finished it tho

Decided to try it out and I'm going to commit to the full 14 days!! I'll post my progress for each day and hopefully see results. I'm doing this after a 30-45 minute run outside (and I live in a very hilly area) and my goal is to drink about three 32 oz hydroflasks a day (so 96 oz in total). I'm limiting my snacking habit and going to try to eat 3 full meals a day.
Day 1: Really felt it. I struggled to lift my arms on some of them and had to take a breather and pause. I managed to finish and really felt it in my core. Doing this after a run is tough lol

For anyone looking to know of this is good for belly fat, you cannot spot reduce fat, the description says for “fat loss” if you want fat loss you must lose fat as a whole. But this workout is great for core strength

Day 1-☑️OMG! That did burn. I love it! I did another 3 workouts, 2 yours and 1 from someone else. I did then 100 crunches for better results! 🎉

day 1: tiring, my stomach hurt for 10 minutes after I did this (results: no visible ones)
day 2: didn’t hurt that much afterwards, but the workout felt harder (no visible results)
day 3: was definitely harder to start, but the 8 minutes passed by faster, even though the beginning was really tough (no results?)
day 4: forgot😭
day 5: did it 2 times td bc of yesterday, 1st one wasn’t that difficult, 2nd round was a lot harder (I have the impression that my obliques & the middle line of my belly are a little, little bit more toned, but maybe I’m just blind😭)
day 6: had no motivation, was definitely harder but i performed the exercises more correctly than before? (same as yesterday)
day 7: was really motivated, but did it at 11pm hahah, my neck felt dense, but it wasn’t that hard today (no more results)
day 8: wasn’t that difficult, had motivation (slight changes, less bloated and middle line more toned)
day 9: did it really late & was really bloated, and it wasn’t that easy
day 10: was really motivated, I could see that I was capable of performing the exercises more correctly
day 11: was really hard again, ate soo much today, hat no strenght but I had a good form (no more changes)
day 12: had no difficulties starting, neck hurt , but it went well (middle line more defined today?)
day 13: was harder today + really bloated (no more changes)
day 14: did it for two weeks!! Tried my best today and will prob still do this workout for the next two weeks, I see slight improvements, for example in my flexibility/the performance of these exercises, but I can’t really see crazy changes on my body (when I’m laid down, I can feel that my stomach is harder, and maybe the middle line goes more inward)
day 15: did not do it, got broken up to (was at the gym tho but didnt train abs specially)
day 16: did two other Workouts
day 17: did nothing all day😭

does anyone else struggle soo much to keep their lower back to the floor?? burns so good!
I can vouch that this seriously works. To be fair I am naturally thinner, but this worked magic when getting me nice and toned. I feel strong and look it as well
(Day 1) I felt the burn and it was pretty easy until 5 minutes in 😭
(Day 2) my core was sore and it hurt a bit but I still did my workout anyways, still a bit challenging but I got it done 💪🏼
(Day 3) it was easier on day 3 and I was just trying to Focus on my breathing :)
(Day 4) it got easier, still felt the burn and I was able to complete the workout without any breaks!
(Progress) I feel stronger near my core and I’m able to more sit-ups without feeling tired quickly :) I suggest you take a rest if you start to feel sore or pain after a workout, make sure you drink water, watch your diet and rest your body when necessary :) you got this and good luck!!

I more interested at creating a strong Core and abs rather than the aesthetics. A stronger core will help me to execute wxercises that I struggle to do. The stronger my core gets, the aesthetics will follow!.
