  • Hi guys, we are doing three printer comparison video today. They are Bambu Lab P1S, Bambu Lab X1C, and Bambu Lab P1P.
    We will go over detailed technical specifications and print comparison in this video. I would like to share some of my thoughts on these three printers from my personal perspective and based on my experience with these machines.
    All the opinions are subjective, and very personally biased. It is all based on my personal perspective, from experience of how I use those printers in my daily routine.
    I hope those information will help!

    Great Video. I have the X1C and love it. I feel that in the long run, these printers saved us a lot. I use it all the time, and I am 95% sure my filament will not be wasted as with my older printer. Bambu makes it fun again. Enjoy

    Thank you for validating my decision to get the p1s, i ordered one with AMS combo over the weekend. liked and subscribed 👍

    I’m with you, P1S it is. However, I’m hoping that a new model with larger build volume will come up pretty soon.

    For anyone considering the X1C, based on an interview I watched with the CEO of Bambu, It sounds like an X2 will be coming out sometime this year. It could be worth waiting for the next gen, or a discounted price on the X1C.

      I hope they will adopt more features from A series on new flagship.

      Notice how the comment is from months ago. I waited over a month before pulling the trigger on a P1S in case something new gets announced. I think even if it does, just not having all the frustration and time waste of dealing with ender machines is worth it.

    Nice video! I wonder if the p1s motherboard will prevent future changes. I am already seeing that is why the camera cant be upgraded. Is that the reason why the bed temp only goes up to 100c?

    • @SvgLau
      @SvgLau  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The bed temp is where they set the upper limit at. Not sure if the hardware on P1S or X1C have any difference tho.

    Put a Panda Touch on the P1S, upgrade it's extruder and you're pretty close to the X1c for just an additional $100.

    @savageLau, thanks for the video!
    I am thinking to get one Bambu Lab printer. I dont have too much money and I am hesitating between P1S and A1, Could you make a video showing the print quality of both machines? Thanks!!!

    Just diving into 3D printing so this was a wonderful comparison video to watch. I would like to know when buying something like the P1S do you recommend getting the AMS combo, or to hold off on that?

    • @SvgLau
      @SvgLau  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Glad you like it! I think the new Bambu Lab core-xy printer should be coming in the corner. But the newer X1C, X2C let's say will lease first. Then to the P1S level. So there might be some good time to wait. If you want to get it now, just go for it. It is indeed a amazing printer.

    • @SvgLau
      @SvgLau  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      And yeah. go for AMS combo. It worth every penny even if you don't print a lot of multi-color parts. There are some "don't do to your AMS, you might want to be aware of" before you start. After you know the general flow operate it, it just print like a charm.

      @@SvgLau I ended up getting the A1 mini for starters. Definitely adding the ANS lite. I figured get my feet wet with the mini until the next Bambu machine is revealed. Plus the mini is great for me right now.

      @SvgLau  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@particle808 a1 mini is a good pick. I have ordered another 2 a1 mini to do my design prototype. Hopefully they will have new flagship come out soon.

    I decided the same thing, couldnt justify the extra $500 for the X1C. I now have hardened gears and an E3D ObXidian 0.4 nozzle.

  • @dirkhandzic

    I think I will buy the P1S. Hard to justify the X1C extra cost.

    Does the X1 detect all the spaghetti at the back of the printer though? 😂🤔 Great review. Going to get the X1 soon. :)

    Hey. As we can upgrade extruder and nozzle on p1s, can we print nylon and other engineering materials with it?

    What does the automatic flow calibration do? Can I override it if I want more flow (say, for waterproof prints), or will I be fighting it?

    • @SvgLau
      @SvgLau  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      so every time when you change to different filaments, it is better to run flow calibration just because every filaments have little different. It will help you to get the better flow volume. Which on Bambu lab machine, they added feature to automatically calibrate for you, so you will only run it before every time you change filament to get better result.

    I can tell you regarding the passive chamber temp. My printer room has 21°C and never exceeded 52°C build chamber and this by printing PC bed temp 110°C . So didnt believe that 60 is achievable. Probably if youre living in Arizona :)

    • @SvgLau
      @SvgLau  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah, on other hand it IS valuable for cold area to print filament like PETG and ABS.

    Bro I love your info and video help but can you do this with captions? It’s kind of hard to hear you - not raging just would be helpful. I can’t speak Chinese so good work though

    • @vincekay10
      @vincekay10 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Bro that is racist as hell, he’s not speaking Chinese and his English is quite legible. If you do some research or look at your screen. TH-cam has Closed Captions in black and white labeled “CC”. I’m not saying his English is perfect but for you to say I don’t understand Chinese makes yourself sound like a jacka**. Do research before you speak and stay humble.

    If you have no budget it still seems smarter to buy multiple P1S instead of 1 X1C

    • @SvgLau
      @SvgLau  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      yeah, I think P1S is the best value vs price machine.
