    Patrick, thank you very much for this prefect morning practice. It's always challenging for me not to rush every time I see you doing handstands and other high-level asanas, and do the flow my own way - the way my body asks and allows me to. It really gives motivation to grow and develop!

    This slower stretcher flow was perfect for me today, given I'm nursing a headache and nausea. Had to retreat into child's pose a few times to rest my griping tum on my thighs. Thank you.

    I'm so grateful for my body! It was able to take me to the highest peak in Utah this last weekend, but it needed some love and a good stretch when I laid down at night. I would love to see a yoga for tent/confined places video!

    Thank you Patrick, this was an amazing practice after a longer yoga break. I was pretty stiff in the end of my day and also wanted to do something more active and this was just a great sequence for that.

    This was a wonderful class, challenging (not yet able to balance on the top of my foot or balance on my knees while grabbing the foot) but nonetheless, this practice gave me many opportunities to see where I felt tight, loose, and strong. I love your videos Patrick!

    It's always a pleasure to practice with you ! I feel way calmer now, and my hamstrings are less tight ! I like that you incorporate more twists in your flows, I can't help binding while doing those twists (lunge, pigeon)😀

    I really enjoy that in many of your practices your cueing leads to deeper investigation 🔎 Found a new way to be in half splits and its been awhile since I offered my body side crow -that was exhilarating after getting some twists in!! Thank you, Patrick 🙏 I would love to see a very deep and slow yin practice from you sometime, maybe in the winter months :O?

    Question, I'm sure it's just my body but, many times when I go to grab the back ankle in lizard pose to stretch the quads, my hamstrings cramp up and it happens like 50% of the time when I do that stretch. Have you ever heard of other people that have that issue, and what can I do maybe to help?

      it is actually not something that needs to be stretched but strengthened! your hamstring is weak at the end range of this stretch and that is most likely causing the cramp, especially because you say it happens often. instead of working to catch the back foot squeeze the heel towards your butt a few times to build a pattern of strength through the range.
