- this yoga class is focused on creating more space through your hips and shoulders. by using a series of dynamic movements and held postures we will create more awareness through the entire body that will help bring your body into balance. this is a perfect practice for any of you who work in an office or spend a lot of time sitting. this sequence will reverse bad posture and have your whole body feeling in tune, enjoy!

Wow! Love the dynamic stretching, what a feel good practice that gets the blood flowing. Creative shapes. Had to pause a few times to re-watch the transitions, but I'll come back to it. Hips and shoulders feeling better.

Dynamic and active stretches is just my fav thing. Great sequence
This was my first full flow since I injured my hip flexors and literally couldn't do any yoga involving legs. I got a bit confused with the foot placement but after a couple more repeats I'll be fine. This was gentle and the stretches felt great for a wary, stiff body. I was. Nervous about trying a Patrick class because they're usually really hard. But this was great. Namaste, thank you for Long Island.

After being inconsistent with yoga for a month then a full break for a week, this was the perfect practice to get back into feeling good and really feeling my body. Thank you for this wonderful practice!

This was unexpected and fun! Cross body back bending is so helpful, but I never remember it when I do yoga by myself. Following you always gets me out of classic routines and is way more fun!

My hips & shoulders can always use opening:)
it's always nice to get into those naturally tight areas ☺️
Good and sweaty and challenging. Could you slow down in those funky transitions a bit? Easy to get spatially challenged. Love the flow. Thanks!
I will make some slower practices soon, many of the classes I create for students to take them multiple times. the first time through is more about seeing what shows up. remove the pressure to be perfect or get everything right and enjoy the journey!
