I'm pretty much a lifelong android phone user and still prefer the airpod pro 2 USB C, I only keep my ipad mini around to get updates and manage features. I also just got the pixel buds pro 2, but will probably sell them as they still aren't as good.
I have an iPhone and AirPods Pro 2. From my perspective, it does baffle me why apple doesn’t allow android users to utilise all the features of the AirPods on their devices
I love my Airpods Pro 2 (USB-C) because of ANC. The only thing I want to improve on the next version of this earbuds would be at least 8hrs usage while ANC is enabled. ❤
The advice about going to Apple Store to try them first isn't valid. Apple doesn't let customers try AirPods and AirPods Pros in the store due to hygiene issues. The only way to try is to buy it from a store with good return policy and return them if you are not happy with the product.

Great video! I’ve been using the Air pod 3 since last year Black Friday special at Costco, this year I picked up the pro 2 with USBC and I’m astonished by the performance. I did the hearing test and they are now EQ’d to my hearing spectrum making the music experience beyond what I expected. Ears are like fingerprints so fit I assume is varied, for me it’s like a glove. I give them 5 ⭐️’s for performance out of the box. We’ll see how they roll on the construction site🤙🏻.

You can adjust the AirPods sound to your liking, simply by going to settings, scrolling down until you see accessibility, click that then press audio accessibility, and then put audio accomodations on, then click on it. After that, press custom audio setup then you can set it up to your liking.
Yeah, that basically tells me that Apple doesn't want us to customize the sound to our liking. Honestly, this fits the typical Steve Jobs midset of "I know what's best, so shut up and take it." True, he was right a lot, but not all the time, and Apple still can't accept that they aren't always right.
@@theoneneo5024 Yup, it's getting really annoying. Pretty much every manufacturer of buds in this price range and way below gives you the ability to create custom EQs. Now, you can do this on Apples Music app but the EQ profile does not reside on the buds themselves like so may others do. So, if I go to my apple watch for running and not want to take my phone then I don't have the custom EQ anymore - there is no EQ on the music playback on an Apple watch. And even with the above recommendation from glorbez on how to adjust sound settings for a very basic EQ - this does not get saved on the buds themselves so it's only native to the iPhone which means this also does not allow you to use this EQ profile on another source device INCLUDING an Apple Watch. Why are their products so expensive and lacking these basic features that others offer - even across their own devices?!?
What about the ability to reduce background noise when having a meeting in public spaces? Does the person on the other side can still hear the noisy background?
I have airpods 4anc and if you can afford pro 2 definitely go for it imo even tho 4 create a great seal in my ear i cant say about u and pro 2 create better anc as it blocks more noise obviously due to in ear design and other things 4anc feels great expecially transperancy and adaptive tbh
I was between the 4 anc and pros but I may go with the 2 pros I like to block out noise while parents watch tv and traveling in the car and plane rides let me know by this weekend
5:50 I don’t know if you noticed, but although you can use the EQ within Spotify, Apple purposely reduces the sound output in third-party apps. Next time you have a chance play the same song in Spotify and then play it in Apple Music.
My AirPods Pro 1st gen broke and I’m looking for a replacement. Doubting between the AirPods Pro 2 or the Sony wf1000XM5. The Sony seems to be better at almost everything (from ANC to sound quality) + AirPods Pro don’t support LDAC for Lossless resolution on Apple Music, but since I have an iPhone and a Mac I don’t know if I should just stay in the ecosystem for a better pairing and overall experience. What do you guys think? Thanks in advance!
well, i daily the xm5 and airpods pro 2. for sound and noise cancelling, i think the xm5 are slightly better. but for seamless connectivity, i use airpods bcs i also use iPhone and mac
what if in my country there is no official apple store? and only a retailer store (which means i cant "try them on" before buying).. like, is there a way to know if and how are they going to fit in my ear? 😅😅
Bowers and Wilkins PI8 sounds 100 times better but they do cost $150 more MSRP. I spent $179 and their fine and the mics is better tho which is why I keep them when I need to speak on my phone even on an Android phone tho I use them on my iPhone most of the time
I’ve never hated a pair of awful Bluetooth buds more than the god for saken AirPods I have ocd downright crippling I take the utmost THE UTMOST care of my things yet I’ve had 6 pairs of AirPods break within a month 6 months straight of dealing with garbage AirPods so I snapped and got jbl Bluetooth earbuds and holy hell 1000000x better I will never spend that much money on a garbage Apple product again only their phones are worth the money
Not worth it at all, you'll need an iPhone, an Apple Music subscription and AirPods Pro 2 and you still can't enjoy sound quality music. Technics AZ80 are far better than those who sound really Air. Apple eco trash system to get as much as they can your money. APP 2 owner for a long time and ex Apple Store employee.
None of that is true AirPods can connect to androids and it’s quality is better than most and also most people don’t use Apple Music I use musi and Spotify the AZ80 is quite good my friend has one
