The key for weight loss is to stay in caloric deficit, follow clean diet, work as hard as you can, and fat layers will become thinner and thinner. I am talking from my personal experience, but I have to say that your tips also helped me to lose 80lbs in 7 months. It didn't come over night, but I feel better than ever :) The most helpful part was sticking to a meal plan that kept me in a caloric deficit (I got mine online at OnlyMeal, but there is lots of options out there. I just think this is the best one).

My favorite salad is real simple: mixed greens, 1 can of tuna, cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, and 1 cut up avocado. Dressing is whatever I am in the mood for. Sometimes remember to add croutons a/o some artichoke hearts.

Unless a person knows by sight what items you are putting in your salads we don't have an idea of what you are using, except the more common items like tomatoes, peppers, purple onions, etc. what were those sauces, cheeses, etc. Maybe I missed something. Did you have a list of ingredients. Perhaps I missed the boat. 😊 bj
Love your content man but I think I have the opposite problem. I’m around 5’7” and I have high metabolism. I’m 46 and it’s always an uphill climb to not only gain but MAINTAIN a heavier weight. It’s like I burn calories in my sleep. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
