Never seen a day when men like this one post videos how to train glutes. I’m sticking to my barbell back squat, RDL and leg press, I’m not hip thrusting in public gym
Hey get your camera man to stop moving with your movements. Just tell him to get you in the full shot and keep the camera steady, very annoying to have the camera move so much. You're to good to have someone not knowing what they're doing. Sorry for being critical but it's hard to watch.
I started focusing more on my legs about a year ago, I love leg workout so much , that I steadily hit 2x a week, now I have good looking shredded legs, that I wear shots to everywhere all the day, to show my sexy legs. Thanks Bailey
This was a fantastic demo. I have had a hip replacement- full socket, ball and bone implant, can you do a piece on people like myself as I’ve been too scared to do legs/ glutes since the procedure. I’m young, wore my hip out due to heavy lifting and incorrect foot placement. #regrets
@@zeluski 1.86 and 98 k, varied, but at peak 200 kilos, high reps, every second day. 24 years. Hips, elbows and knees. Wish I’d had a personal trainer to supervise form.
