    I toned up with tae bo when I was a teenager, and now that I've gotten chubby with age I'm starting to work out again. I'm so glad I found this because even though I felt like butt today and didn't want to do anything and was ready to go to bed, I just told myself "you can stay up for another 8 minutes." Using the 8 minute workouts to get my stamina up so I can do a full 30, every little bit helps and these short ones means even on days I can't tackle a full, I will always be able to do *something* and that really helps. You're still my #1 recommendation!

      da lil 8 min 10 workouts are great wen u du variety of different parts 5 lil workouts cn cover a 30 minute workout dats wat I du jus fort I share av great workouts keep it up awesome ur back into taebo

    I love these workouts!! I recommend Tae Bo to so many of my clients, especially the 8 and 10 minutes workouts. These are just so amazing for anyone who doesn't have much time but wants to get an awesome workout in. I do the videos myself, and love everything about them! Thank you!

    Billy you are the greatest.... Please do a workout again like in the Zone, and a workout intensity like your first vhs tae bo when you are dressed all in red i still think that is the best workout you ever did since tae bo excist, please do one more like that with the same intensity and straight up martial arts. Then one more like PT 24/7 Body Blast.

    I did this in high school as part of the physical education curriculum and loved the energy boost I got afterward. Now that my kids are old enough to handle their own entertainment, I've gotten back into the 8-minute workouts. I'm starting to feel better already.

    Master Billy I wish to have found your channel way sooner...I see all your workouts are great and have been following it only recently..I hope to achieve an overall great physic and great stamina in due course...I miss practising martial arts and now Taebo is an excellent workout that has Taekwondo & Boxing elements.

    I still got a old copy of the Taebo 2 Get Ripped Video fantastic work out. Got it on sale at a local store that was closing down. Easy to follow but a great workout for every day.

    Billy- this was a Godsend- Again back to yesteryear when I (riddled with chronic pain from a car accident at age 18) I would go to my physician & he would ask if I was doing Tae Bo workouts again:)-- FF I have my own fitness program and you & Kelli Roberts were & will always be my mentors. I am going through extreme stress- my classes are on pause- My beloved 13 1/2 yr old fur baby is lame today- Sharing to Ashford Fitness Society- on fb- Stay blessed xo

    I lost so much weight with the 8 minute from the nineties but I'm older now and the freaking fat is hard to lose!!!

    I use to always do Tabeo .When Shaun T came put with Hip Hop Abs I stop doing Tabeo. Now I do both . If you eat right and are conscientious with these workouts you will see results
