    Everytime I tried to do this workout I couldn't get past 7 minutes. A few months later I came back to it and I finally pushed myself to finish the entire thing today!!! So proud

    I will never forget how Billy Blank started my health path back when I was 14 years old with weight problems. He showed me that no matter what size or age you could kick high and punch hard, and at the same time have fun doing it. Got my firts vhs tape and saw all these beautiful people of all ages working out, so inspiring. I keep doing his workouts, I'm 38 years old. Thank you Billy.

    Tae Bo is the only workout that actually makes me want to get off the couch and exercise! I love the fast pace as it stops me getting bored, and it works the whole body at the same time

    Billy Blanks is the best!. I remember practicing one of his old routines for about 3 months, every single day. The results were amazing, I achieved a small waist and didn't have any fat at all. Now I'm on my way to be fit again. He's definitely the best trainer ever!

    I first started Taebo about 4 or 5 years ago and It worked while nothing else did. Now with quarantine and everything I ve gained some weight back ,and I ve been trying to lose it but I can’t stay motivated and then I started Taebo again ,it works like a charm every single time. I really want to say a big big thank you to Billy for helping all these people for all these years.

    I did Tae Bo years ago lost 75 ibs, put it back on, Now doing Tae Bo again, I lost 40lbs and have 40lbs still to loose. luv it thank you Billy Blanks

      When I was in my early 20s, I did about an hour of TaeBo 5 to 6 days a week plus Pilates and I lost 65 pounds in THREE months lol. I certainly can't do that now at 37 lol, but I literally worked my ass off back then! Ha!

      I agree totally! Its been years since i have worked out to one of his videos. I have tried other types of training at the gym but NEVER have felt inspired nor motivated to continue. No results and the trainer really dont want to make sure im not hurting myself. Recently i just got back into his workouts and maaaaaaan I could feel the results that day. I felt the weight (water weight) fall off of me. Instant sweating. I also had a clear mind, didnt feel like i over exserted myself, or hurt my joints, moody and fatigued. I felt like i used too back in the day so im staying with this from now on and my martial arts which go hand in hand.

      @@aumichan2762 yes I did diet too, but had cheat days. The workout did more than the diet though. I had started a diet first and had very slow results. I think my heart needed to excercise. I felt much better. I've put on most the weight. Kept it off until Jan 2020, so nearly 4 years of 55-65 lbs off. Slowly put it back on the past 1.5 yrs. I haven't excercised in a long while now and I definitely feel more sluggish and old!
      I'm going to try back with this workout soon. It's hard work but I'm starting to miss feeling healthy again.
      Wish anyone out there trying to lose weight the very best. Man it is hard! If you lose any weight at all, take a moment to be proud of yourself!!

    ive been exclusively using Billy's workouts for over 15 years to stay in shape. I've lost about 130 pounds using the Tao Boe workouts.. my weight fluctuates but its my go to keep my body in check or take any weight off. i like his old videos because they're hardcore and that's what my body will respond to. i like this workout but its a little too soft for me. This will work for me on my lazy days when i dont feel like anything hardcore but i cant imagine doing anything but Tao Boe because it works every part of your body in a single workout! The results are fast and instantanoues! His Abs workout, Yes Lord!

    I am so out of shape! I had to stop 11 minuets into to catch my breath and get a drink of water, but I finished with a smile on my face and I feel pumped!!! Awesome workout!

    Been doing this program for almost a year, June 16th will be a year from seven days half and hour to and hour. Now I do every other day I lost 35 pounds, trying to tone my body. Thank you Billy God bless. Hopefully soon I’ll be to afford one of recent videos. 🌸🦋🌸🦋.yes it works, I eat better drink a lot water protein shake with my vitamins. It’s a combo. Keep me at peace specially now with the crisis we are in now . Been home 3 months hopefully I can getback to work next month. Be safe.

    Tae bo is the only only exercise that makes me get up. Used it back in 2004 pause for a while and now I'm back to it after a C section and varicose veins surgery....Love it. Thank you BB.

    Tae Bo is the ONLY thing that pulls my tummy, perks the backside and tones those arms...It worked for me many years ago and I'm getting bk into it. Found my old DVD Tae Bo Boot Camp...Holy moly! within a week ppl noticed my posture and tummy! WOW that was fast.. I started a month ago size 14 (hourglass, very hippy), I'm now a 12 n tightening! @Billy Blanks..I'm so excited to do these new workouts! God Bless you Billy!

    I used to do Tae Bo way back in high school and I recently dusted off the ol' dvd's to bring some variety to my at home work out routine. Just out of curiosity I searched for Billy Blanks online and I'm so pleasantly surprised to see that he's still leading workouts! So glad to see this! :D

      Same here. 240 to 180 atm. Great work! We now have the knowledge we CAN do whatever we set our minds to. We CAN become our best selves. Good job.

      @@jamiceroberts801 This 5 days a week would be very beneficial. Try to switch up the movements once you plataue. Also heavily reduce carbs/sugar. Increase good fat and protein and b vitamin for energy. MCT oil for high quality easily absorbed fat energy to offset carb withdrawal. Good luck. Step by step. It is absolutely doable if you take it day by day, and become that person. Your outside will indeed match this with dedication. You can do it!

    I tried this for the first time and made it through, but had to stop a few times to catch my breath! I love that it's low impact, yet still very intense!

    I use to do him maybe 15 years ago and loved it and lost weight, I started back days ago and love it💕 the first day was like omg but wasn’t bad, now it’s on😉 keep up with the counting and you will be okay😘 2020 Billy Blanks!

    I used to do Tae Bo years ago and I loved it!! I started doing this "Burnout" workout last week and I'm already seeing results!!! My abs, back and bottom!! I'm so excited about this. After having a Toddler and a 1 year old, I'm ready to burn fat and tone up and I'm getting quick results!!! Thank you!!

    I just wanted to say that Tae bo has helped me and inspired me so much.. I had a hard year last year I had a miscarriage in sept. of 2014 then my grandma fell ill had major surgery, then my dad that same month (Oct 2014) got diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer, I got pregnant in December then lost my daughter 5 months along (kaíra marie Jackson) lost over a leter of blood 2 blood transfusions, that was april 22nd 2015 then had her funral may 12, 2015 then dad started turning yellow died two weeks later after being in in home hospice for three days june 16th, my husband lost two jobs his car my job
    but I got in school and still working on it, tae bo helped me heal physically and mentally idk how I would of gotten through this with out taebo ♡
    been doing it since August 2015 ♡

      Believe me if you stick to these workouts and cut down on your sugary stuff ,the weight just melts off . Me and my wife Been doing this for 8 weeks everyday and I I’ve lost 20lbs already haven’t got much to lose now . I Feel good and look good , wife is ok she’s petite . She just does it to motivate me and stay fit herself : )

    10 years ago, I was phydycally fit with Tae Bo, now I'm 56, and trying exercises that was so bori g to me, Aand my youngest daughter said to me: Mom and what about Tae Bo, you use to take us to your Friend house to do the work out, and I said you right, and here I am getti g back on track, today I'm 188 pounds, totally overweighted, but am going back to what works, so far doing fine.
