Kali/FMA "Single Stick Solo Training" - 10 min workout

- Thought we'd mix it up a little this week and shoot a Kali Single Stick workout instead and see what you think.
This mini workout can be a warm up for your bigger training or maybe you only have time for a short one today. Either way, this training will get you balanced development of both sides of the body and enhance your weaponry skills.
We're doing 10, 1 min sets and working both hands equally. Last round you are freestyling. If you don't have a timer, do reps or 10 or more.
