Ahhh this just happened to me yesterday! Can’t even drive the car! Changed the battery and then saw this video so on the hunt to find that module first thing in the morning to replace it. Thanks

I had the same issue in my '23 Durango hellcat. Dealer says its a short in the transfer case. Great video and hope that the dealer swap of the transfer case works.

Thanks for covering this issue which is quite similar to mine on a Grand Cherokee 2017 Hemi (Quadra track). I keep getting that random U0403 code too which disables radar, traction and cruise control. Also when that happens, I re-start the car and I'm usually able to drive without getting this issue even for hundreds of kilometers until I stop the car and let it cool down.
I did replace the TCCM with a brand new module with the exact same PN that is the 124AD (from Carhub). After I thought it had fixed it, the problem reappeared about an hour later. Not sure if this is due to the fact I did not reset the non-volatile memory ? (not even sure my bluedriver scanner can do this..will need to check)
I will now investigate the wiring harness (although I doubt it could be this considering the symptoms). Would you know if the transfer case has internal sensors or limit switch that could be sending corrupted/false info to the TCCM ?
Anyways, I'll see if I can reset the memory, but not sure why or how it could have an effect. Otherwise I'll go get the schematic to try to make sense of this. Thanks!

Man I had something recently like that. The battery voltage pid was stuck at like 16.9 volts but now I can’t remember what vehicle or module it was.

It's not my first time a battery voltage tells about a module.

Have the same issue right now and I just bought the oem part my question is it just plus and play or do I need to take in so they can reset it after installing the new module? Thanks

It's not plug and play. There is software procedures have to be done.

I'm having that problem with my dodge durango 2015. I just changed the housing the whole thing. But the problem is still there I got the check engine light on and little car that also appears and I went to make it a diagnostic and it says tha now is the TCM. So, now, I think I will have to change it, too.

Which Autel scanner are you using?

That disabling of the traction control and forward radar is normal across many vehicle platforms… seriously who needs traction control in 4 low. It’s only common sense

This is probably why it binds when I turn sharp
