So glad to see Porsche not chasing silly numbers. They do seem to be the last sportscar manufacturer that actually understands what makes cars fun to drive.

A bit like ARRI the Camera Company, they don´t chase Megapixels like RED, they chase better picture quality.

I mean, for me as a Porsche guy, the car is just unbelievable and pure perfection. BUT other than praising the car I adore, I need to
dedicate this comment to the absolute perfection and incredible quality of this video. It's just beautifully edited, and the sound design is just from another planet, just PERFECT to match the perfectionism of a car like the 992 GT3 RS! Keep up doing that kind of amazing work to please petrol heads with a little extra more than just enough! Very well done, lads!

When I first saw the wing I thought it looks a little over the top but now that we have seen better shots on a track, it comes together perfectly.

A real modern classic. I can honestly say I only see this car going up in value. Although I will never own one, I'm glad it exists.

Sutcliffe is honestly up there as one of the greatest driver/journo combo. Emphasis on the driver side. Man can effing steer. Car is insane too.

I’ve got to a point where I’ll only watch performance car reviews when Steve is driving.
Seeing Z06 reviews recently then seeing this, you know why this car is at this price, there's actually much bigger precision difference than paper will suggest, hence Z06 struggling to beat GT3 on Nurburging despite 170hp more
But these gt3s are just more of the same, getting boring
Don't get me wrong I'm a 911 guy but at least the z06 is semi interesting and they did something new for the model

@@ArtVandelayOfficial boy been driving/owning every 911 generation since 996 and I can tell you won't be able to appreciate difference unless you drive them, I never got bored of them and until today Cayman 981 GTS/ 991.2 GT2RS/GT3RS are topping my list of best cars I ever driven, and I driven/owned alot, including Ferraris + Lambos + Mclarens + C8 and many others...... The only car top them is 675LT (potentially 765LT which haven't driven it yet)
Nurburgring times with cheater tires don’t mean squat on track days. GT3 RS already get gapped by the older Z06. Than again most owners just talk about what they’re car could do and don’t take them to the track, you might be one of those if you could afford it
@@richardtodorov I see more Porsches on my local track than all of other manufacturers (combined) lol, so forget about me I can tell you majority of these owners do take them to track, not like a Lambo or Ferrari, as for gapping, you can gap as much as you want but you want smile as much as these cars drivers do.......
Plaid will destroy nearly every car on straights but where's fun part? Here GT3RS is about driving experience there's literally only handful of cars deliver race car experience for the road as much as this

Watching this car I get the weird feeling that I'm experiencing something greater... it's a out of this world event, like it's not even human made... It's humbling and very touching... It's weird because I'm really passionate for cars, but I've never felt this way...

Certainly pretty epic. Starting to look a little bit too OTT IMO, but then that is where the 911 shines with so many variants. Something for…everyone.
The last RS was already leaning away from being a usable road car so to me this seems like the right direction for them to take.

The 992 GT3 cup car was the first time I fell in love with Porsche and their flat-line 6... Ik it is only a dream to own this car but what I would do to own this car in the future is out of this. This car may not be the fasted but who cares about speed. It looks, sounds and performs like no other! Awesome Review
Excellent, just Excellent your review. The smile on your face said it all. First of all, Porsche would not release a new model if after all it's time designing and testing if it was not a better car than last year's. Besides, with all the adjustments now anything can be done to get the car to work as you want it. With the new suspension from last year and even more additional updates this year and more Areo again, this car has to be insane. Ted
All these on the fly setting options are a real game changer! It also draws a visible line in between the GT3 models. Love it - now my Touring makes much more sense than a 991.2 Touring did in between its sibling. 992 GT3s are nicely defined each.
Steve is the best car journalists out there he’s passion shows In whatever car he reviews the RS is a fantastic road and track car. but I don’t think it is the ultimate I think if you want the ultimate road and track car than the McLaren senna an the Aston Martin Vulcan are the ultimate road and track yes I did say the Vulcan there are companies that can make it road legal If you don’t have the money for those then you can buy the GT2 RS or the Mercedes AMG GT-R black series
