    Years years I looked for such powerful nose breathing exercises. To my personal experience mouth breathing is over-rated. It causes too much dry troath especially in such person case like me who lost her almonds as a child. I appreciate it a lot. Thanks.💐🙏

    One more time, great job ! This exercise is powerfull. It brings some of the Wim Hof breathing feelings. In the same time it's more quiet. Thanks a lot !

    Another great one...a tie for my favorite so far with last week's. I work at nights on the US East Coast, so I wait anxiously for the notification on the new video every Monday morning. You have a great speaking voice too btw, I feel like I am doing breathwork with Clive Owen. Thanks for the great work, keep it up. I am a big fan.

    • @pdannny
      @pdannny 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@TAKEADEEPBREATH Just for clarification, you have a similar voice/accent to Clive! I am nearly finished with Win Hof's fundamental's course and love your channel as both an appetizer and a dessert. I have been doing breathwork for a few months now, as a part of a postural rebalance doing this pandemic and I suppose a spiritual one as well, and I have neither heard you nor Wim discussing the use and the importance of the pelvic floor in breathing. I've been experimenting with contracting the pelvic floor/transverse abdominis(lower abs) while exhaling, and it does heighten my experience and was wondering with your expertise if that this is something I am wasting my time with or am I doing it wrong? I know hypoxia can cause muscle cramping, so is it a good idea doing it on the Wim style method and better for the "power breathing"...just curious if with your expertise you've come across anything regarding the pelvic floor and breathing?

    Where do I find the benefits of this particular style of breath-work? Maybe a link to a video where it's explained would be beneficial? I was practicing with the previous videos daily - but then I realized I didn't know wtf I was doing - and I haven't been able to find much info on this. The description is very vague/general. Tough to find anything on this rapid style - all I found was some info on "DMT Breathing" - which basically seems to imply we hyperventilated to trick our brain into thinking we are near death? - which doesn't sound very healthy... Appreciate anyone pointing me towards some more specific and legit info or maybe another video explaining?

      Check out Tummo Breathwork, Wim Hof Breathing Exercise benefits, or look for benefits of intermittent hypoxia, also check out the book Breath by James Nestor, all good places to start. Hope that helps. Like all exercises, feel your body, use sparingly, mix with nose breathing and have fun

      Noone knows and that is what I also don't like. What I am sure that Wim Hof breath is very old practice and that gives me confidence. This one also I find very secure and natural, you are just breathing but I hold less than 2 min
