Great video! We are both in our 80's and are all about healthy aging. Need to maintain a strong body, a calm mind, & a positive outlook. We're doing some research for our new healthy-aging advice TH-cam channel and hope to inspire others. Learned from you. TY
Hi Fran and Bob! Just checked out your channel! LOVE IT, you have a new subscriber! let me know if you'd like to do a podcast interview together about Breathwork and Vitality, would love to hear your story, Mike
@@TAKEADEEPBREATH Thank you so much, Mike. Would LOVE to do an interview with you. Our story has inspired many others to improve their own health so we should be a good fit. We are new to YT and we appreciate this opportunity very much. We cannot imagine having as many subs as you! Congrats, we know it takes work. Let us know how we can proceed with your podcast. Bob & Fran (bobnfran@gmail.com)
Years years I looked for such powerful nose breathing exercises. To my personal experience mouth breathing is over-rated. It causes too much dry troath especially in such person case like me who lost her almonds as a child. I appreciate it a lot. Thanks.💐🙏
One more time, great job ! This exercise is powerfull. It brings some of the Wim Hof breathing feelings. In the same time it's more quiet. Thanks a lot !
I hope you can do 5 rounds of this one, also 3 rounds x90 and 5 rounds x90. also 5 rounds wim hof x90. will be really appreciated for advanced levels. and most importantly, thank you very much. you are awesome and your channel is wonderful. thank you so much.
Thankyou thankyou Thank you so much for offering such a diversity of breathing to follow. What you are doing is great work covering so many peoples needs. I am really grateful to you for this channel. Xxxx
Thank you this was really good. Been doing these for over a year now and my sinuses are definitely better for it ; When I first started doing these I used to struggle a lot with blocked sinuses but now I don't.
I have been following you for a while, this one has been my favorite breathing excersize so far . Great way to start the day ! Excellent videos Great place to learn about breathwork
Hello from Kazakhstan! I have been following you for a while, this one is my favorite! Your voice is so beautiful 👍 If you did exactly this video with 5 rounds it would be more better! Thank you very much! ❤️🇰🇿
Another great one...a tie for my favorite so far with last week's. I work at nights on the US East Coast, so I wait anxiously for the notification on the new video every Monday morning. You have a great speaking voice too btw, I feel like I am doing breathwork with Clive Owen. Thanks for the great work, keep it up. I am a big fan.
@@TAKEADEEPBREATH Just for clarification, you have a similar voice/accent to Clive! I am nearly finished with Win Hof's fundamental's course and love your channel as both an appetizer and a dessert. I have been doing breathwork for a few months now, as a part of a postural rebalance doing this pandemic and I suppose a spiritual one as well, and I have neither heard you nor Wim discussing the use and the importance of the pelvic floor in breathing. I've been experimenting with contracting the pelvic floor/transverse abdominis(lower abs) while exhaling, and it does heighten my experience and was wondering with your expertise if that this is something I am wasting my time with or am I doing it wrong? I know hypoxia can cause muscle cramping, so is it a good idea doing it on the Wim style method and better for the "power breathing"...just curious if with your expertise you've come across anything regarding the pelvic floor and breathing?
Where do I find the benefits of this particular style of breath-work? Maybe a link to a video where it's explained would be beneficial? I was practicing with the previous videos daily - but then I realized I didn't know wtf I was doing - and I haven't been able to find much info on this. The description is very vague/general. Tough to find anything on this rapid style - all I found was some info on "DMT Breathing" - which basically seems to imply we hyperventilated to trick our brain into thinking we are near death? - which doesn't sound very healthy... Appreciate anyone pointing me towards some more specific and legit info or maybe another video explaining?
Check out Tummo Breathwork, Wim Hof Breathing Exercise benefits, or look for benefits of intermittent hypoxia, also check out the book Breath by James Nestor, all good places to start. Hope that helps. Like all exercises, feel your body, use sparingly, mix with nose breathing and have fun
Noone knows and that is what I also don't like. What I am sure that Wim Hof breath is very old practice and that gives me confidence. This one also I find very secure and natural, you are just breathing but I hold less than 2 min
Amazing. Thanks for sharing :) How to cope when this arouses the sexual energy? I guess should stay focused, keep on going, and trasmute this energy...
Please could you change the volume levels a little. I have been following these exercises for a while now and found that "Thank you for watching" sounds a little too loud compared to the level of music. Thank you.
Sometimes I take notes on the retention.: I didn’t have paper nearby and I didn’t want to exit video: Paint pen for water bottle, black buff (gaiter), SPD pedals, find notebook, laundry (dry clean);
I deal with severe anxiety, that caused blood pressure to get to 180/90 . Did this Exercise and blood pressure went back to 123/70! Thank you!
i do the exercise, then i take a cold shower and then i dry myself doing again the breathing.BEAUTIFUL.

Arr thanks D Holl, very lovely words indeed, also Love the Clive Owen reference but my partner she would disagree hahaha

Crazy that I am still finding sessions I haven’t done yet……
“Don’t talk about it, breathe about it”
Love the video. But do you say fully out and then I hear in after.

This isn’t the only thing I’ve had to do using my nose, but it sure it the best 😂
Great job but breath holds could be longer.
Very nice music
Works for teeth-ake, thanks, huhu
Good
Please could you change the volume levels a little. I have been following these exercises for a while now and found that "Thank you for watching" sounds a little too loud compared to the level of music. Thank you.
May I inquire the music credit?
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Fantastic way to increase physical stress, increase hear rate and deprive your cells of oxygen👍🏼

Cat litter stinks, print Eisenhower grid, drill calendar
I agree qith this comment
I thought that slower paced exercises worked best for me, guess I was wrong.
