I was looking for a breathing experience that would be truly healing, particularly for my throat and lungs. I was drawn to the idea of somatic breath when I found this video. Not only did I feel this breath work in my throat where the issues have been hiding, but also in my sinuses. My voice grew strong. I discovered I could comfortably hold my breath far longer than I imagined. I felt myself tapping into something I haven't experienced in decades. I was less afraid. My body was charged. This was, by far, the best exercise I have encountered with breath work so far. Thank you.
I had trigeminal neuralgia and had surgery for brain in 2019..but it didn't resolve and I was on medication...but luckily I found wim Hoff breathing and your channel...this August 20, it will be 1 year, since I have left my medication and I have not had any episodes of neuralgia for 6 months straight, whereas before there used to be atleast 10 episodes per day....thank you...u and wim Hoff have saved my life
I had a vision during this that all the people doing soma, we were all connecting thru our third eyes, and building new pathways into consciousness. Very cool!😍

The two count is powerful and the tone Aum enhances the experience. Since Covid I have navigated through many breath work sessions on TH-cam, but I took the Soma Mindvalley course from Niraj and it’s the most powerful of the techniques. Wim Hof and a few of the others were great, but Niej’s lack of ego and authenticity is quite remarkable! Thanks Soma! By the way, I have not done much of the Mindvalley, but doing Niraj’s course made it worth the price.
Words can not describe the experience I had with this . I discovered this last week and have been doing it everyday since , and the experience is so powerful every time . Thank you so much for this . I struggle with inattentive ADHD. This technique, which has recently become the default start of my day, lights up my brain: for a few hours I seem to be able to think faster and I am much more interested in taking action (usually an issue for me). I suspect a significant amount of noradrenaline/norepinephrine is being released. Research shows that breath control can trigger this. Plus, if I take l-tyrosine - a precursor of noradrenaline - prior to the breathing, the effect is even more pronounced.
Peace to the Universe now and forever...Tank you for your work..toghether we Will change the world. I personally hold my breath for 6 minutes in meditation asking for eternal peace in the world. This video has inspired me..again, careful i have practiced this exercise for 15 years. 🙏. OM. OM. OM.

This breathing process was so profound for me. It put me into a state of profound well-being. Then the bell went off at the end and startled me out of the meditation. I want to do this practice every day and I fully want to drop into deep meditation so I will record this breathing practice and stop it before the bell. 😮😊❤
OH MY GOD That was absolutely amazing, one of the most exhilarating things I ever experienced.......Thanks!! (Edit) Day 2 At the end of my second session on this I was quite literally looking at a white light inside my head, seeing it with my inner eye, it was so peaceful and just floating there. This is serious stuff!!!
I have repeated this meditation for about 10 days now. Such a fabulous way to wake up. I have the sense that we are doing this together. Also, I sense we are with life beings on Earth. One being I get a clear image of is of the male Emperor Penguins as they huddle together in Antarctica under the total darkness of winter while carrying they precious cargo on their clawed feet. Their cries are with me when a make the tones and a happiness for their life and mine comes to me. Blessing to each of you. Loving grattude to TADB.🐋

So this was my first exercise with soma breathing. How often is best to do? Once per day? Thank you for sharing. I woke up with a fever and sore throat and I now feel so much more alive and present. My eyes feel so clear and sharp. Thanks again!
Before you do it, let it run and concentrate on what he's saying. Soon you will catch on, and then will be able to do it, even hardly hearing the instructions. It's worth the study.
This is an interesting new twist, but I prefer your guided ones. One of my favorite is the 20 minutes DMT. I am sure it is a lot of work but if you could do this technique the same way you do other videos that would be fantastic! Thanks for working on this channel.
Wow, a tad difficult due to it seeming long, but awesome all the same abs I think I need longer breath work. I feel release and reduction in my severe fear/anxiety issues, I need to do this often. Will be back, thank you so much 💜
