    ✅ Lens: 1.4 16mm Sigma: geni.us/etntF
    ✅ Microphone: geni.us/mnCi
    How to do this exercise:
Lie down on your bed or the floor, or sit back in a comfortable chair, this exercise is best on an empty stomach, have a sip of water and take some gentle breaths first through the nose to warm up.
This exercise is best done when breathing in through the nose and out through the nose.
The breath noises are just an anchor and guide, go at your own pace and don’t push yourself too much.
To get the most from this type of breathing, ensure that the other 99.00% of your time during your day you are nasal (nose) breathing - even during physical exercise.
After this exercise, take enough time with nasal breathing to relax and get back to a calm level.

I’ve developed a breathing pattern disorder post-Covid and have had lots of anxiety and breathlessness. This exercise has been the best I’ve found to sooth my nervous system and make me feel relaxed and in control of my breathing again. I’m doing it daily and it’s helping hugely - thank you!

Thank you. As always, your breath practice videos are The Best. I really appreciate how straight-forward they are - without a lot of hype or descriptions before the practices allows for the listener to have their own experience and for the focus to be on the experience rather than on selling people on your channel or what you know. That, to me, is what a good teacher does, puts the focus on the practice. I also appreciate your voice. This may sound weird, but there’s a very unpretentious quality to your voice and the way you speak, which I find really adds to the experience of practicing with you. I’m always sending people to your channel! Big thanks to you!

I've tried many times doing wim Hof and my body always felt very uncomfortable with the pace and amount of air coming through the mouth until I passed an initial point after which it became easier. However I still prefer a slower and less intense breathing through the nose and the milder state it leads to.

This is wonderful! I have deep respect for Wim Hof, however with a traumatic background that I've been healing it seemed to kick up a retraumitization that became overwhelming to me (no doubt it was releasing toxins) however, this is much more gentle to my nervous system... it's not easy but I innately know it will improve as I commit to this. Thank you so much for offering this powerful and more gentle alternative! :)

Perhaps you can help me - is there a breathing technique to manage chronic pain and inflammation? This is now my favourite channel. Blessings to you and loved ones. Thank you for creating this gift 🙏
