    End of round 2... felt emotional. Round 3...thought to myself... put on a fake little smile 😊 kinda like....fake it, until you make it 🤷🏼‍♀️...repeated round 3...smiling for real now...🤩
    Love the time stamps...really cool feature especially when you know you should do another round!
    This is a tough time for all...be kind to yourselves.

    Yo my nasal turbinate is swollen so I can only breath out of my left nostril will this still work for me

      go easy, If you have some swelling, if it was me Id lay off any deep exercises like this, stick with the nice gentle stuff and work on opening up and healing the nose.
