Plenty of protein already from the Cottage Cheese and Eggs Whites, but I cannot believe Rem resisted the temptation to put a scoop of his dern cinnamon swirl whey powder, especially with the coconut flour., which will result in them being much fluffier and definitely the better choice for texture.

A double batch in a 10” cast iron for an hour at 350 degrees creates a cake-like product. Could easily turn it into whatever you like by using different spices and such. Example: carrot cake.
I take slices and dress them up with peanut butter, sugar-free syrup (maple and/or chocolate), whipped cream, and chocolate chips, depending on what I want to do with them.

I really like this recipe ! I used egg white powder because In France you can't find liquid egg whites in an ordinary grocery store. I didn't have the cottage cheese so I used skyr instead and I halved the recipe. I fluffed the egg whites even though I think it didn't do much of a difference. Even a half serving is quite filling ! I can imagine baking the whole recipe and putting chocolate sauce all over to make a bounty cake ! Thanks man

Ok.... these are great! I had gastric bypass about six months ago and I've been trying to find ways of getting max protein into the smallest amounts of food. These are perfect! Mine are less than half the size, but perfect for small breakfast sandwiches. The texture seemed a bit odd at first, but after a bite or two, I was fine with it. The toasty coconut flavor is delicious, very filling yet light-weight and they are SO fluffy! Very good recipe and I highly recommend!

I already been doing this recipe for some months now and enjoy it but i also switch it up to oat protein pancakes which i prefer to these ones but i eat them on the daily so i switch them up to these ones or french toast when fancy a change. Protein Oat Pancake mixture 60g rolled oats, 1 medium egg, 50g cashew milk, 1 banana, 25-50g protein powder - optional add 1 tsp baking powder, extract of choice, It will look like it wont blend at the start but it soon gets in to a batter, add an extra 20-50g milk if you prefer that but that's to your liking. I've made these for years now and they are my favorite by far. I'd say give it a try and when you enjoy it more than these make that video xD

Great looking recipe. Can't wait to try it. Although, sugar free table syrup is not the better choice. It usually has aspartame in it. Unless lumpy brain gains is what you're looking for, stick to real maple syrup. At least the sugar is at a natural concentration and not refined cane sugar.

Really good texture, not too mushy inside. Not as sweet as the usual protein pancake so to me was more like traditional pancake flavor. I felt like the batter was really thiccc so I did add a little bit of water to thin it out.
