You can't be stupid and be a pro bodybuilder too many variables you have to keep track of. It's not just lifting weights, they are constantly following schedules and planing things out, stupid people usually have a very difficult time with things like that. If you watch interviews with pro bodybuilders you will find that many of them are very reflective and thoughtful. I'm not saying they are all smart, just the ones on top.

I've been making those pancakes every day for the last two years best thing ever. You can also throw cinnamon in them as well (works well with chocolate). And the cashew milk makes them creamier. And I usually just throw a tablespoon of peanut butter and a cup of black coffee. Best part of my day.
3:05 man I hear that. I hate the taste of oatmeal/oats. I also make "pancakes" with them. My ratio is 1/4 cup oats per 1 egg. I find its a good consistency. I'll definitely be using this recipe going forward though.
been on a cut for 47 days now, without a break,cheat meal or even "craving". went from 14.5% to 11.7% bf based on dexa scan,in less than 50 days. tomorrow i'll have my first cheat meal in 47 days and i'm not excited at all . what excited me and keeps me going is ==> reaching 7%bf . watching my face and my body getting leaner and most important my mind getting stronger every day, is more than enough for me to ignore all the food and snacks that people call "delicious" . hell yeah baby

You *can* chug the batter if you're really stuck for time. Egg doesn't absorb as readily when raw but oatflakes are already rolled and baked so they are 'cooked'.

I throw blueberries in when they're cooking to make them fancier. They're pretty much identical to any good pancakes you'd get in a restaurant, just not as spongy and empty-filling.

He used for mr Olympia 1975 Meal 1 - 4 eggs (scrambled), 2 rashes bacon, 3 sausages Meal 2 - 1 protein shake, 2 cups oatmeal and 3 ounces cashew nuts Meal 3 - 1 turkey breast, 1 portion brown rice and a large salad Meal 4 - 1 protein shake and 3 ounces cashew nuts Meal 5 - 2 cups cottage cheese and 1 protein shake Meal 6 - 1 steak, 1 baked potato, 1 portion carrots and 1 portion break beans Meal 7 (ONLY on saturday's) 1 large pizza. So this diet is high protein, medium carb and medium fat (except on saturday's) wich is high carb, high protein and medium fat, before this diet Arnold followed a high protein, low fat and low carb diet.
Usually people buy pre-made protein pancakes but this is a great idea! I'm going to make this sometime. How many calories is each pancake approximately?
U fried the enzymes in ur berries, that part was sad 😂 Ps order organic brown rice syrup. Its what Evan centaponi uses on his daily pancakes. Complex sugar with no fructose, and tastes good. And quit nuking ur berries. Leave ur cup out overnight. Warm enough. Best of luck this season!!! ❤
I think his whole breakfast has a bit more than 65g Protein. 1 egg has between 7 and 8g protein, oats have about 13g - 14g per 100 and he uses 100g, 1 Banana has about 1g and the scoub protein powder has 24g Makes: 25 13 - 14 28 - 32 1 This is about 67 - 72g Protein. Along with a little less than 1000 kcal
@@CroElectroStile I found the article again with a TH-cam search, and it said some foods soak up the flavor from the iron skillet, especially if the skillet is not "seasoned" properly. Pancakes were just one of the items that don't do well.

*Lifehack:* Put a bunch of the pancake batter in an oversized squeeze bottle to cut down on prep time throughout the week.

Lifehack: baking powder mixed into batter doesnt keep for a week. It should be used as soon as possible or the pancakes wont rise.
