- Today we are working on some spare doors for @Taylordrifts 's LS swapped miata. I did the full paint job a couple years ago and today I am respraying some doors for him. I go into detail on the process of mixing the metal flake and how to go about adding it to your paint. Let me know what you think and coming up we will get back to work on the BoostedBoiz Wago! My brothers used to take their low riders to a painter in LA he used to do this in a make shift paint booth made out of tarps. 17 years later and the paint on my brothers cars looks brand new !!!

My dad painted for 30yrs. Your absolutely right. Theres a hundreds of way to paint a car. He hung the 1st layer of paint as heavy as he could w/o running. Everyone else goes as light as they can. Some of the prettiest car I've seen painted came out of a booth that 3 lights,& no heat, sucked in winter. You do you, your doing a great job👍🏻

I’d love to see more popular TH-cam car paint colabs like this one. Only thing is I wish you filmed more often and showed even more of the process in each video. It’s really entertaining the way you do it and explain everything. Anyways I look foreword to following you even after the boostedboi job.

I was kind of surprised that you do not weigh your "flake" and your clear to keep the ratio the same so that when do panel reshoots it's easier to match adjacent panels. That said you definitely have the flake standing up and popping.

They look superb I think they will look better than the damaged ones and will possibly get Taylor in the mood to clean the rest of the car to match, Being honest the first paint job it had has lasted well considering the abuse the car gets with door taps and stuff.

Kinda disappointed that you charged so much and didn't paint the inside of the doors im unsubing shoddy work
I also use the Dyna Pro clear and like it and very used to it. But I just wanted to try the Tamco 4100 and the only thing I noticed between the two is the 4100 after 12ish hours is a little harder But after the 4100 gallon is done I will be going back to the Dana Coat Pro. I don't see enough difference to justify spending more money. Well done btw and good video...
