Our local Sheriff several months ago posted a letter on line stating You do not need to cooperate With ATF or other Feb law enforcement violating 2A. If it happens he asked us to call the Sheriff's office for a Deputy to assist us.

I applied for a concealed permit. After 45 days, they wanted to 'investigate' more. The time frame is 30 days, by law!
On another occasion, I was arrested because of a false accusation. I was driving a cab and I was carrying that night. I finally got my day in court 6 months later and the charges were dropped. I told my lawyer that I wanted my gun back. He went in prepared. The prosecutor and sheriff wanted to keep the gun for 'more investigation'. His Honor asked me a couple of questions and told the prosecutor to return my gun immediately. I took the document to the receptionist, in the Sheriff's office and she told me NO because I wasn't the 'right' person to get it. I said HERE IS THE PAPERWORK! Give it to ME now or go explain it to the judge. She grumbled! I got my pistol back 6 months to the day later. Kitsap Co. has been called Kidnap Co. for many decades. Washington is still infested with this mind-set!
Yeah Missouri passed a law awhile back. prohibits state and local cooperation with Fed's to enforce gun control laws.

this needs to be embedded in everyones mind, its extremely important to always remember law enforcement can lie to you about anything to try and get you to incriminate yourself. Do not believe them and do not talk to them, ever. ALWAYS get with a lawyer if put in a situation like this and have the lawyer do the talking.

As a retired LEO and also retired Police Chief EVERYTHING that Mike said in this video is 100% correct. In the course of my career i have never seized any property regardless of what it was for, without propper documentation or a court order to seize said property. We had to get an order to get buccal swabs for dna for sex assault suspects. Always record these scumbags if they happen to show up at your house or place of work. Don’t even converse with them, just tell them have a nice day give them your lawyers info and close the door. Then call your attorney right away and advise them of what happen. Hopefully we take our country back sooner than later! 🇺🇸

The ATF is not supposed to have records of who has what. Also, the fact that FRT's are not being used in crimes should signify that the people who own FRT's are not criminals and should be left alone.
They do have records of what everyone owns. My FFL was 'Audited'...meaning, he had to surrender every 4473 he had processed to the ATF. This happens all the time. If you hold an FFL license, you will be 'Audited' at some point and be required to do this. What do you think the ATF is doing with these records? NOT building a database? They 'shouldn't' be doing this, but I'd bet the farm they ARE doing this. FTATF.
They don't care about what is used in crimes. the NFA and by extension the GCA was never designed to limit crime. It was designed to prevent poor people from owning guns...

@@cooper7354 There are only so many man-hours. If everyone told them "talk to my lawyer" and then they had to schedule time with the lawyer, answer all his questions, etc. they wouldn't bother. There just aren't enough agents or hours in the day. THey count on people being intimidated and for the most part, it works.

However, most people don't realize most of these federal agencies have limited budgets so they actually cannot afford to keep running around all over the place unless they get consistent wins. This is why most of the FBI's "accomplishments" are just piggy backing on local LE department's works and pretty much no one gets charged by the ATF unless you willingly surrender something to incriminate yourself or commit a violent crime.

If the ATF shows up to your home about a FRT, I recommend having the OATH OF OFFICE and 2ND AMENDMENT pre-printed on a sheet a paper. Ask them to read them out loud then get off your property.

@@TheAsheybabe89 A sheriff won't get obstruction charges. Federal LEOs operate with the consent of local law enforcement, not in spite of it. Feds have to be deputized in order to carry out law enforcement activities in any jurisdiction, which is entirely by the consent of the chief local law enforcement officer. If he revokes that, they operate with the same authority as any civilians. He can even arrest them if they come to your door.
If a FED shows up to your door, make sure you call the local police to let them know an armed individual is impersonating a Federal Agent and attempting to falsely imprison you. They never have warrants, they never have probable cause, they never notify local law enforcement as required. If they break Down your door, say nothing except "I want to speak to my lawyer" and "I have not given you consent for a warrantless search of my property."
If they break down your door, Defend Your Home…

Making a false police report is a crime. Don't get yourself in trouble by saying they're impersonating a federal agent unless you have reason to believe they are actually not a federal agent. Assert your rights to remain silent and have an attorney present during questioning, and tell them to get off your property. If they refuse to leave and have no warrant, call the police on them for tresspassing.

The fact that many vets go into this agency is troubling . I was at my local range after the pistol brace rule was changed that allowed the shouldering of shockwave blades and had a former 11b turned atf agent ( flashed his badge) tell me i better be careful . I looked at him and said if im correct i was the only person asigned to lane 5 . Then told him i thought it was funny he was 11b and i was the MP and he is the one that turned out to be a lifer blue falcon. I wont support or shoot at that range any more as they allow the dhs and atf to train there . I understand guys wanting to coninue service to recieve retirement benefits but choose an agency that doesnt crap all over the oath that you took .

I know an older guy, a former force recon guy now working for DHS. During a conversation about the pistol brace rule, he mentioned that it is most likely in part to build a federal registry of gun owners and that they don't have the authority to do what they are trying to get away with. They are just going to push and see how far they can go before they get stopped. His opinion is that I do not register a damn thing with the ATF.

I have had this argument as a team lead (never worked for ATF), when a Supervisor gave my guys an illegal order. I told them not to do it, because it is something that would come back on them and not the Supervisor. He over heard me telling them that and cane back hot. We got into it. Long story short, my guys did the right thing. It is perfectly acceptable to say “no,” to things that violate policy and law.

Not only is it perfectly acceptable to say "no", it's a mandated DUTY to say no to illegal orders.
Then, after refusing to act on the illegal order, the person giving it should be arrested and handcuffed and put in a jail cell to await arraignment.

An ATF agent needs to file a lawsuit against the ATF for ordering them to break the law. I guarantee there is reprisal as an ATF for refusing to break the law, and it needs to be documented and brought to court.

I am a felon (30 years ago when I was 15) so I cannot own a firearm. I do own airsoft guns and replicas. Someone had sent a threatening email to the police saying they were me so they did some trash pulls and surveillance for 4 months and in one of the trash pulls they got a receipt for a red dot sight. They wrote a search warrant that was approved by a federal judge for the ATF to raid my home where I live with my wife and children as well as my sister and nephews. They threw flash bangs, broke every door, the windows in the bedroom, destroyed my home breaking walls and ceilings. They found the red dot. It was on an airsoft AR. The ATF even took apart some of my toy guns cause they thought they were real. I support your fight against the BS they are doing. I wish everyone used their rights. Best thing to say when a cop is trying to question you is, Our men and women are dying and have been dying for a long time to protect our rights and I would be a real piece of shit if all you had to do was ask and I would give them up. NO, I will not talk to you and if I am not under arrest, I would like to leave. Then walk away. Do not say another word. Anything further is consensual and will be used against you just like the guy in this video acknowledging he was even aware what a FRT was and they had made the unconstitutional rule about them. ANYTHING you say will be used against you. Remember that. Also remember that they will interpret what you say the best way it suited them. Maybe no where near how you meant it. Do you want a jury to decide?
Damn that sucks, that is BS I think you should be able to own firearms. 2A doesn't say "....shall not be infringed, except for felons. It is outrageous that they stalked you for 4 months and raided your home, a total waste of resources, and violation of your rights!

I fully support ex-felons having 2nd ammendment rights.... Of course some circumstances make this stance rather muddy if you will but imo an ex felon that has been clean of breaking any laws over a ten year period should have their constitutional rights reinstated.

The best way to tell if the ATF is lying is 1. Look to see if their lips are moving and 2. Listen carefully to see if they are using any words. Either one or both of these indicate the ATF is ABSOLUTELY LYING!!!!!

I've also heard it recommended to never let them through your door as crossing your threshold via invitation changes a lot about their ability to do a search...as in you have consented to it by letting them in. They can try to trick you into that by talking about how it's hot in the sun, or noisy or whatever to get you to invite them in. This is 2nd hand "phone-game" of what I recall, so maybe confirm if it's something to that effect?
