I seriously loved this recipe.I have to go to school and I'm gonna make these every night so I don't have to make breakfast!
So helpful and it was delicious ^^ thank you!
Hey I’m not into Diet by much means, anyway by any means necessary I just want to show love. That being said I made it here because I’ve watched several videos about oats. Been in the conversation for years now and I finally found this video today to help me prepare my oats. Thank you, this is a great tutorial with instructions and ingredients very well done. Perfect, in fact, I love it and I wanted to add that I used banana extract instead of vanilla as well I used maple syrup instead of sugar free or no calorie. I used a ripe banana with slightly expired chia seeds and slightly expired cinnamon powder. I used 2% milk although I drink any type of milk and I’m so freaking excited bro! Let’s get it. Great work.
this looks amazing

My man!!! I actually had some of that earlier 😊
Really awesome

Thanks my brother!
Nice!
yummmmmm Joseph :) I gotta try this one
Almost like eating banana bread Kev!!
You know that hits a sweet spot....my grandmother ised to make fresh home made banana bread - all they way to bananas from her trees in her backyard
I’ve tried making this and yours come out the thick texture that I like. What brand do you use? For oats?
I use Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
Oh, BTW, if you like it thick - just add some extra chia seeds 😉
Thanks! Did the 8oz perfect fit the oats? Do you think I can do 2 servings in a 16oz jar?
Yeah - i think that’d work :)
Can I use dehydrated fruit like cranberry and blueberries?
Do you have to use the chia seeds? Would it change the flavor if I didn’t use it ?
chia seeda just give you more fiber, it shouldn't change the taste that much
I wanna try this but before I do I don’t want to waste any oats.. can anyone tell me how the texture of the oats are after 8 hours in the fridge? I usually go for creamy and super broken down if that makes sense
Oats texture is like soggy
Joe, can you please make savory overnight oatmeal?
I can try! I'll have to experiment a bit.
te amoooooooooo a ti y tus recetaaas
Is it mandatory to refrigerate overnight? Or we can have it at room temperature?
If you're using milk as your liquid and not water it'd be better to refrigerate it
I dont have chia seeds? What can I use?
You can also use sesame seeds, or pumpkin seeds
Or flax aswell
Do overnight oats need to be sealed or can I just put leave them in a bowl?
Great question Lucas. You don’t HAVE TO, but it helps keep the moisture inside, and helps get them to thicken up a bit more
Sweeeeeet!
If you're using bowl, cover with cling wrap.
How long can oats be keep overnight for overnights night.
I live in a hostel..I don't hv fridge over here...😟
😍😍😍😍😍
:D
U think it’s fine if I just use water?
Can you use green tea instead of milk
Nope 😂
How many calories is this ?
Hi
Was that really a whole mashed banana?
What’s with the baby portion?
Diet portion :)
I wanna do this with no nuts cuz I’ll die lol
“Frow it in your bowl”
Never start a recipe video with 20 seconds introducing what you're about to tell us and sell us on your video. That's what the title is for. It's extremely off-putting.
I can't tell if this is sarcastic or not
