    The 6 best types + flavors for.. energy, speedy, dessert, classic, budget, and calming (one of my favorite flavors for each of these!)
    These recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan! They are also overnight oats made without yogurt (apart from only 1 recipe). hope you enjoy! :)

    I have been trying to make positive changes to my eating, but there is just something about your food prep videos that resonates with me and motivates me! I know in order to be successful I need to love eating food that nourishes my body, which is something that I struggle with because I am neurodivergent and often fall back on "safe foods" that don't send me into sensory overload, but you bring such joy and love for food to your dishes, it makes me look forward to tackling these.       Hi! I am really curious if your oats based on these recipes turned out slimy at all? I have made overnight oats only a few times (using a different recipe) and end up not eating them because of the consistency. Thanks!

      @@bloomwiththestars Perhaps were the chia seeds, while very healthy they can give a slimy texture. That is also why they are so good for your gut, but if you don't like your oats with that texture just cut them out and see if the texture changes.

    I tried all of them except the calming since I don't have matcha.. my faves ranked:
    1)speedy oats,honey apple🍯🍏 (that honey flavour ooff👌..also the amount of milk was perfect for it)
    2) classic oats,Pb&J 🥜🍓 (obsessed it's one of the best combinations)
    3) dessert oats,double chocolate 🍫
    4)Energy oats,coffee date ☕ ( I think if I used coconut yoghurt instead of natural dairy yoghurt it would be higher on this list but dairy yoghurt and coffee to me didn't go the best
    5) budget oats Banana Pb swirl 🍌🥜

    Love overnight oats my favourite is banana and peanut butter. Sometimes I put cocoa powder or choc chips in it to make it more indulgent

    - 1/2 to 2/3 cup liquid
    Topping:
    - 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
    - 1 teaspoon maple syrup
    - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    - 1 tablespoon almond butter
    2:39 speedy oats (honey and apple)
    - chop 1/4 to 1/2 apple
    - 1/2 cup rolled oats
    - 2 teaspoons chia seeds
    - handful chopped nuts

    I’ve just made the Banana PB Swirl (Budget Oats) and whacked it in the fridge. I’m kinda sceptical if this overnight oats trend is legit or not but I’ve seen it so much that I need to at least try it once.
    Edit: I’ve just had it the next morning with my expectations pretty low and it was actually alright. I did kinda screw it up bc last night I couldn’t be bothered to measure out the peanut butter (I measured everything else) so I just chucked a big spoonful of it into the bowl and it turns out that it was way too much. I couldn’t really taste the banana within the oats (although I did add some fresh bananas with honey and they were really nice). I think it’s a good recipe, I’ve just gotta refine it to my own tastes

    My go to: 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, and what ever fruit on hand. Top with walnuts. Delicious.

    I'm a huge overnight oats fan. I can't handle that amount of chia seeds because of gut issues, I only use a pinch. I also use a pinch of salt which adds a lot to the taste.

    This is kinda random lol, but where did you get the jars from that you used for the overnight oats? I feel like I don’t have the right size jars for something like overnights oats, the only ones I have are taller and skinnier which would make it hard to eat out of lol
