      I have been using bands for a couple of years now. I made some decent gains at 53 years old.
      Question.
      How many sets?
      I have to do like 17 sets to be sore the next day.
      I don't count the reps.
      I go till failure .
      I want more gains

    This is perfect. My bad shoulder always feels terrible on the incline bench but these band exercises for the upper chest don't cause any discomfort. Many thanks

    10 minutes ago, I just finished squatting with my resistance band, and told myself “I’m going to take this with me on the road”,.. I go sit down, and what?!? Thanks for the information!

      Iam 61 years old and I live in Spain. I was judoka. Thanks for yours videos. The bands are for me the best.. my left shoulder is injury ... receive a big hug.

    Following a programme that requires cable machines for some exercises.
    One band will substitute for them.

    Hey Gary, awesome video man! What band brand do you recommend? My workouts are pretty jntense and I want a band that I'm confident will not break.

      Core zone sports are a good brand they last a long time and can take some punishment i have been using mine for more than 6 months and they are still good 👍

    I have been getting Achilles Heel pain on my right foot from bracing myself to do standing chest exercises. My left foot is forward and right foot in back. I’ve tried switching the position but it feels un-natural. Anyone else having this issue? Any solutions?

      If you’re working one arm at a time try moving the work out to a location where you can hold onto something with your free hand to keep you in place.
