    Emeritus Rabbi Derrick Whitt uses resistance bands and kettle bells together, and trains like he is playing football or wrestle. He is 53 and built like a powerlifter.
    Mark had been so many ideas to shake up the Rabbi's routines and it shows on him.

Mark just a quick question what is your opinion on vibrating machines ? I mean the ones you stand on, the message is they really burn a lot of calories just by standing on them .

    Do you have a full workout using both bands and dumbbells? What do you think of timed workouts so you do as many reps as you can in 30 or 45 seconds?

    Great instructions. I'm 47, not very fit, just maybe a little obese being 5'10" and weighing 190lbs. I just got a set of these. I'm just trying to find the will power to start using them properly. I'm going to change my diet too. When I do this, I will upload a video of me how I am now then upload every few months to give my progress.
