Resistance bands are probably one of the most under-utilized pieces of equipment to build muscle...And in today's new video...Live Anabolic trainer Mark Mcilyar... is going to take you through the 7 BEST resistance bands exercises you can do at home to build muscle...These exercises are quick, efficient, and are a great way to mix up your current routine!
Thank you for a look at how to use resistance bands. The way Mark demonstrates them is very convincing. There is one other exponent on TH-cam but well Mark is much better. I doubt I will give up my myself but now I can see how I can do something about myself. Bluey Quilty Blue Mountains Australia
Thank you for the consistently great content. I am a 59 year-old man with multiple sclerosis. I exercise as much as I can, using bodyweight, freeweights and bands. Your channel is always instructive and motivational.
Good stuff mate. Just starting out at 53...not overweight but T2D and no meds due to the walking I do at work. My joints are always sore due to work life but you inspire me mate...thanks.
This was so very well done. Many thanks from an older guy that wants to take care of what God has given him. Any personal insights on quality nutrition? Thanks again, Rick
Thanks to you I’ve “finally” discovered these resistance bands. You’ve been a great help EVERY time I watch your videos…(I.e. focus on using your elbows)! Btw, I’m almost 69, weigh 330 ( was 340 before starting the beginner band workout). Another advantage of bands is moving from one setup or muscle group quickly. The main reason I quit working out in my pre-retirement days was due the the fact I didn’t have the time and energy to setup weights and bars for the next exercise. But I digress…Thanks Mark for inspiring us old guys, and should I do the deadlift or squat band exercises at the start or end of my routine? I do a full body 3 alternate days (Mwf) with 2 sets of 8-14 reps ( near failure).
I ordered a set and started today. Thanks for the tips. I'm skinny now, but hope your suggestions give me a little bump in fitness down the road. I enjoy your posts. Thanks
All exercises are very excellent and brilliant sirji of full body workout with bands and keep it up and keep going hard and be strong always ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you for this. I have Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis) in one of my elbows which makes the lateral delta fly / side lateral raises quite painful, even with my elbow bent. Can I do them with my palms facing up to lessen the load? Or is there an alternative exercise for lateral deltoids?
Love your videos with resistance bands. I’m 67 and am doing a keto diet diet for weight loss so I decided to start working out to assist with weight loss. My question is can I do these exercises everyday with bands or do I need to alternate muscle groups every other day?
Hello Mark love your videos I am 52 soon be 53 recently was 288 now 251 since watching your videos my question is when I was younger I was kinda ambidextrous but went mostly right hand dominate now my right arm is bigger then my left I would still call myself a beginner with bands I have no dumbbells or room really for them or other free weights
Also yes I have seen your quick quiz but since the virus i have been stuck in a very low paying job that barely covers the basics. So as soon as I able I plan to purchase your plan
Any tips or suggestions to get my left arm to catch up to my right in size plus how long to see transformation in chest I know its not going to be over night but just curious also I do not forget to work the back
How many reps per exercise would you recommend starting out, I'm 68 with Parkinson's but have a BMI of 24, my doctor says I'm the healthiest sickest man he's ever seen. I want to get back to my Marine shape.
i kid you not Mark i just opened my head up when the plastic knuckle that you wedge behind the closed door , it broke free and hit my head at speed and im now sitting with a cloth soaking up the blood no pain no gain , i guess

When you do the seven exercises, do you do all seven each day you exercise. If so do you have a day of rest after doing them
Nice
Thank you for this. We got some bands from amazon and are trying to figure out some beginner exercises!
James Grange and Redefining Strength both have good resistance band training content on their respective channels.

Great videos. One thing i would suggest is putting a face cloth under where you put the door anchor. This will protect the door.
which brand of resistance do you use ..?
thank you
Ordered them. $30 with shipping. They're awesome.
What advice for ladies that want the toning but not bulk
Also yes I have seen your quick quiz but since the virus i have been stuck in a very low paying job that barely covers the basics. So as soon as I able I plan to purchase your plan
Always huge positivity and a "can do" attitude on this channel, along with great workouts.
A book is required at this stage, containing all this info
Can you please name those bands you are using there so that I can order them with online suppliers?
Can all this workout be done on a daily basis?
how many reps and sets?
Fantastic workout but no mention of reps?
Are these exercises good for women as well?
just one question, how man reps of each exercise?
Generally the ideal amount would be 3 Sets per exercise - 10-12 reps per set
@@akona38C Cheers!
Looks great but needs to work on those legs. How about some leg exercises with bands
Any tips or suggestions to get my left arm to catch up to my right in size plus how long to see transformation in chest I know its not going to be over night but just curious also I do not forget to work the back

😂😂😂😂😂😂😊
Make sure the door is locked so no one comes running in!
Good info, but honestly you explain to much or talk too much and there is not time to workout
