    Tricon workouts have totally changed the way I workout and I have gotten more in 4 wks than I did in 6 months doing other workouts. I am starting my regimine again after being out of it for 10yrs and don't have the time for 1-1.5hr workouts. At 58 I needed an effective solution to increasing my quality of life and this has given me the green light to workout again. You rock Gary!!     I've started doing band exercises in my daily commute on the train. Been doing it for a few months now and already seeing great results.

    Great idea to do this with bands! Many of us have had to customize at home workouts with bands and dumbbells. Will you be doing a video for legs soon?

      I've been buying them on ebay. Initially a tube set, but not long after loop ones. The first loop style supplier I bought from was based in Perth and they are excellent, but took about 8 days to get to me on the nsw central coast. When I needed some lighter weight bands for more concentrated shoulder work I looked for some in Sydney and they have been great as well (3 days delivered). What to watch for are that they are properly weighted and full length (approx 2m circumference) There are shorter ones, and shorter and wider that seem to be for providing tension for yoga or similar exercise that are of little use for strength training.
