10 Minute at Home Fat Burning Circuit

    What up Everybody,
    It's Mike with Sixpack Shortcuts and today I want to talk to you about circuit training. Have you ever had a weekend where you eat way too much food and you start the week thinking "Man, I really gotta burn all that off..."? Haha, I just had a weekend like that so if you're like me and have the occasional cheat, I've got the workout for you! So, write this down or follow along with me today because it's workouts like this one today that will keep one track and help you to get the body of your dreams even when life gets in the way and you find yourself cheating on your diet.
    Workout Breakdown:
    5 Exercises / 30 Seconds Each / 3 Rounds / Rest 30 - 60 Seconds (minimal)
    #1) Burpees
    #2) Alternating Front Kicks
    #3) Alternating Crescent Lunge
    #4) Push Ups
    #5) Mountain Climbers
    You ready for this? Watch the first round to make sure that you have the correct form down, then start the video over and do the whole thing with me! There's no equipment needed for this one, so there's no excuses... you can do this at home first thing in the morning for optimal fat burning.

      If you are not eating enough fat than your sex drive will slow down but if you go back and eat normal it will recover so dont bullshit around and say things like you will never be able to have kids after a diat

    I'm not on a specific diet, I just try to avoid the really bad stuff. I just do this everyday with my regular workouts and I look better by the day. It will take a lot longer if you only do this though.

    thank you Mike by incorporating your simple but very effective cardio and workout videos in the past 16 months from my big belly fat 76Kg and now to a sixpack abs 63Kg.     I do at least 30 minutes of cardio everyday, I do the flex Friday ab video in the morning with the freaking crazy cardio workout, then at lunch I do THIS workout and the one minute home workout how many rounds can you do? I watch Mike everyday for so long, he makes up my whole cardio routine..

    i love mike ..when i was 14 yrs old my bmi was obesity then many video of mike .. i follow all the workout .. within 2 month i got normal bmi thanks to mike ..but now i gain more fat .. i lazy to workout .. now im here ... do the same workout and diet XD. hopefull i get my body in shape as fast as i can.

    I do every workout at the same time as you since you show it in real time (dont even watch the video to get prepared) and man, by the end of round 3 i was totally gassed, and im unfit by any stretch of imagination. Keep up the good work Mike!

    Lmao fuck man that was killer .. I’m mentally ducked up man , I was 160 feeling amazing , now I’m up to 220 again 😢hopefully could get down to 185 in 5 months gonna be doing this 4 times a week while going to the gym 5 times and a clean diet I’ll check back in, in 5 months July 30

      Good shit man, this is my go to when I eat out too much & feel bad. Been doing this video for 5+ yrs now it definitely works. I eat like crap all the time but stay lean thx to this video👍🏼. One suggestion is instead of resting those 30 seconds between rounds, stay in plank position those 30 seconds. It’ll push you big time.

    mike i have been using some of ur skills to build abs and i was once 200 pounds once i stared i been only doing bout 180 reps a night before i go to sleep and i wake up and i lose pounds by the night and now i am really pulling lots of girls numbers nice job helping others out

      +Chris Potter Seemingly not very long.....I just sort of thought about it but didn't really look at it in earnest until most recently. I believe I started conceptualizing in January. In May I really started realizing I was losing weight. Incredibly, my son was doing the same thing at UCLA and when he got out I was shocked at his appearance. We really hadn't discussed it with each other. I guess my son and I are on the same wavelength .

    ok so this is a good work out but does this burn your belly fat or i would have to do a seperate workout to lose my belly fat?

      You can't lose fat in a specific place. its been scientifically proven just do cardio, and lower you body fat percentage. the flat stomach will come in due time, but you can't burn fat in a specific parts of the body. fat melts from everywhere, and your stomach is one of the last places you lose the fat from.

      Thanks dude...but what about like belly fat workout cause i do it ...he made a video of belly fat cardio of 5m and it hurts a lil sometimes :/

      ***** Even building muscle will burn your belly fat !! But cardio or muscle building, it's also all in what you eat !!! You are what you eat :P

      Well...So one last question...Should i stop doing the other cardio and do this one now? Cause it seems that this one is more burning...?

      ***** I don't know I didn't try it yet, but I know that all those exercice are great ! I'll try it soon.
      I may do that, when cardio engage muscle, I think you burn more fat !! (Like compound exercice). I'm tired as hell of running. But every ony will agree that burpees, mountain climbers and the legs kicking thing is awesome for cardio :P Every single trainer told me to do this as cardio !

    if you want to get lean, id recommend this video for warm up and then do the fast chest and abs workout video next. combined it'll take 30-45 minutes and will work your ass lol
    i lost 8 lbs over the span of 3 months. but it's very important to watch what you eat and give your body days to rest. good luck!

    Dang mike... This workout is awesome! I play basketball very often and normally do tons of cardio workouts to maintain my fitness level but THIS here is something I will defiantly be adding this to my workout schedule.
