    Heather - I just can’t thank you enough for these great workouts! A year ago when I was so low and finally realised I was in menopause and didn’t know how I was going to get my life and body (ugh meno belly) in order, I slowly returned to your workouts. Eventually by ramping your workouts up, getting in my steps with regular walks and focusing on my diet, I have lost 10lbs, am toning up and feel great. I plan to be one fit 50 year old on my birthday in 6 months!

    Challenging, but do-able and satisfying. All body parts addressed and just enough time in between to recover ! 12-1-23 Loved it again on 2-19-24!

    I have decided to things today- #1 Heather is the best TH-cam fitness guru out there. I have been following her for almost 2 years. I have done all sorts of fitness training in my life, and I can honestly say I’m in the best shape of my life. I am a former collegiate athlete and still have a lot of competitive spirit in myself. She is the perfect blend of everything, especially as we all get older. #2 the 20sec intervals are absolutely perfect. You can either use the entire time for transition or decide not to use it at all if you’re feeling extra spunky! Please don’t ever stop what you’re doing Heather, the community loves you and appreciates you.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    Another day another feeling of succeeding...I have completed 11 videos out of 12 days now. So happy to have your videos. You truly do keep my body in a much better shape for the other activities I love doing. Thank you again.

    I love the thought you put into the transitions. I hare getting up and down; so you pair the exercises for smoother transitions so it is easier on the knees. Thank you for the hard work you put into these videos.

    Yes!! Thank you so much for this workout and all the others you do. They are the best. Everytime I try other workout videos I am always stopping them to come back to yours. You have definitely found what works the best like, lighting, backdrop colors, your presence without words during the exercises, smiling during it all, music is just loud enough etc. Thank you Thank you :)

    Loved it. I am so used to burpees as the final shebang that I was temporarily outraged when it kept going. :) Thanks for keeping me on my toes. I am in better shape after 9 months of working out with you than I was when I went to the gym for 70 mins 6 days a week. What a huge difference you make.

      @@daphnesarange9338 First off - well done for such commitment!! Were you already fit beforehand or did this consistency help you to get in shape? I am new to HR workouts - a week in - but my goal is to make sure I am as consistent as you have been! :) I want to get from 'skinny fat' to stronger and lean/toned :)

      And yes, i was already fit .I had been going to the gym for four years but due to covid i shifted to home work outs. HR workouts have however challenged me more than the programs i had at the gym .Keep at it, I'm sure you shall get to your goal.

    Loved this one: A lot of my favourite No Equipment exercises. And any jumping was low to moderate impact - good for us 60 and overs.

    Heather- I just finished this workout!!! Whew!! I don’t know how you do it but this workout kicked my butt!! It was hard but I feel great!!     This workout flew by - nice variety to keep me from wandering. I did 45 on/15 off, which I would love to see with this type of workout (or 50 on/10 off if you really want to get crazy). Your push-up form always impresses me - it's inspiring. Thanks, Heather!

    OK that's the No Repeats No Equipment Hiit workout done.I have gout in my left toe from yesterday which is very sore and I had to modify a lot(many squats instead,push ups on knees etc) but probably 75% with no mods.Anyway it's done,bring on tomorrow.Thanks Heather!!!
